I ordered from Netrition when I 1st started, the 1st bottle got through but the 2nd one was sent back by customs, I have ordered a 3rd bottle but haven't seen it yet so I am not sure if they got sent back because they were just sent by USPS. I don't know why customs lets some drops through but not other ones. It would be nice to have an easier way for Canadians to get the drops.
Thanks Cindy.

I wonder if Netrition learned of why it was sent back? This could be key to them as to help our Canadians out. But like I mentioned, you could get a rookie or a person having a bad day even and they get sent back! lol...

They just told me that hcg is not allowed into Canada it is on the banned list but they couldn't tell me anything else. This is why I ordered the intermountain drops as they got through both times.

Oh man, the worst is having a "clever" employee filling out the commercial declarations and writing something totally wrong. I once had a tradeshow trip to L.A. totally ruined when all our packages were seized at the boarder. Our "clever" employee decided to write a ridiculously low value on the goods. She knew better, but thought it would save us money on duties and taxes. Well, way to go...a $15,000 trip down the drain. I can't believe she didn't get fired.

In other news, I'm down another 0.5lbs. That brings me to the 180's! Hooray! This is incentive to stay on track tonight during my dad's 60th bday party because I want to get firmly in to the 180's this week. I haven't had any upwards fluctuations during this round, but I am not about to start now.

This is VLCD20 for me. I'm down 12.5lbs post load 11.7 pre load. It's not the huge losses that some have, but I was on a downward trend before I started this (albeit slowly) so I'm cool. I'm almost at the 20lb mark if I count my atkins losses from the months previous.

I'm really shocked that I ever let myself cross the 200lb mark. That is what I get for ignoring the scale for 2 years...and wearing stretchy clothing.

Good deal. I ordered a back up bottle this morning and guess what? They just emailed me to tell me it shipped! Gotta love the customer svc.

So I have been out shopping and I even joined a tan salon as I am pasty white. Its been 10 years since I have done that! But we had a cold summer and I love to wear shorts, so yeah, I went for it. Felt good! It is raining out here. A freezing 58 degrees people! I noticed my energy was a bit taxed so looking forward to getting of P2 and eating some fat.

TMB,
oh dear. That employee really threw a wrench into it! I used to clear goods for trade shows and the timing has to be spot on. What a dingle berry!

Hope everyone is doing well.....weekends tend to tempt us a wee bit more. Be strong, stay focused!!

lol

I went a little off plan tonight. I was having major major cravings for some reason. All I had was some broccoli with a oat of butter and some light cream in my tea. I only had one fruit and one Melba today so hopefully it's not too bad. I think I'm not going to weigh until monday

Out of town for the next 2 days have a good weekend!

Awesome Disney!

I decided that if I was the same weight yesterday, to just go ahead and call yesterday my LDW. I weighed the same this AM so decided to not dose.
Since starting end of September, I have lost 26.5 pounds. I am just shy of 3 pounds to goal and if I don't stabilize within these next 2 weeks, I will do a new round New Years. I really like this current weight and want to do what I can to keep it or get it back! lol

When I first started, my goal was to lose 15 pounds and get to 150! To see 136 is a mind blower!!

My reward for sticking to my plan during my dad's party last night...another 1.5lb loss! I'm now 3 lbs off my goal for this round. Today is supposed to be my last dosing day...but I am continuing until this bottle is gone. I think I can get another 3 or 4 days out of it.

I am finally back in P2 after stopping mid-round to wait on new drops. I did a mini-load and got myself back up to 156, but have begun to lose again. I hope this keeps up, I don't know how much more I can take of P2.

Chouter, I know you can do it!

I'm sad that I have to go off P2 while I wait for drops. I've still got about 40lbs to lose. When I start up in January, I'm going to do a 40 day round. I'm surprised at how easy it has been.

Once I get going and have a few days under my belt, I do fine. In fact, I find it difficult to stop P2. But keeping my head in the game and having to do an interruption is a killer! Stalling is even more of a killer! Fingers crossed I keep losing. I am trying to do a clean P2.

Stevie, I checked the pictures you look awesome!

Another day on plan, I really have to say the food part of this has been pretty easy for me. I bet it will be even easier once the weather warms up and I start craving lighter meals. I had a spinach salad for dinner, and I mixed frozen strawberries with vinegar and stevia to make a dressing.

I'm prepping myself for my P3 interlude while I wait for my new drops to arrive. I bought some coconut oil and macadamia nuts so I can make the chocolate delights that I've been reading about. I didn't dare make them for P2, but I think they might be a welcome treat on P3. I'm basically going to stick with P2 menus with bigger quantities of food, no melba and added oil. I look forward to deliciously creamy coffee.

My tips and advice:

1) First 3 low calorie days were hard, but once I got past it was easy.
2) Drink tea or coffee when you get a craving
3) Make a cabbage soup with meatballs. You can make quite a lot of it and stay on plan. It will fill you up.
4) Make your meals in advance so you can just grab them at meal time.

I'm sure I will think of more. You can do this!

Day 4 on VLCD with my new drops, and I am down 3.5!! And, I am at a new low of 151.1. The new decade is so close, I can almost taste it!! I don't want to jinx myself, but as of today, all I can say is what a difference these new drops make! In just 4 days, I feel great, not hungry, not struggling, and loving the results! Fingers crossed this isn't just a fluke!

Wonderful news Chouder!! A new low is so inspiring!!! Keep it going. What is the plan for Christmas foods, do you have a plan in place?

TMB,
good tips!!

Today is my last day of P2, tomorrow P3. Cannot wait to get into those ripe avocados, salsa and eggs. A perfect breakfast to me.

PS: Thanks for the mice compliments. Glory be to God for each ounce I lost. He gets the glory for everything I have.
