And I have been on P4 for a week now. Like I said earlier, I have heard that the homeopathics do NOT expire. I think the companies that make them are forced to put a date on the bottle per FDA standards. Same with my coconut products. I have some coconut cream concentrate I bought years ago that are way past the expiration date and taste just fine. I throw nothing away

Oh, and I guess I should add that I store the bottles in my cabinet in the kitchen. No where special.
I have two opened bottles that are going right in the trash! Didn't do well with either one, so now I have news ones. It could be I find out the culprit is ME, and not the drops. Now that would be a big bummer!

And, on another note, now that I am back in p2, I guess I'd better start participating in BC. How's that going for you Dawn and Stevie? I haven't been there since I stopped dosing.

I am getting good info out of it Chouter. Taking notes by reading a lot of archives also. She helps you wean off P2 and really helps with P3/P4. I do not want to undo all my hard work so i think it is worth the tidbits I am getting and learning about.

DisneyPrincess,
God Bless you DH! I love Skype for that baby and you! So great. And I skip fruit all the time. lol - just dontcha skip that protein

I have had 2 different types of drops and so far my favorite is Yavonea (s?) with 16% alcohol. I may get more if I see a sale.lol...

But I have two new bottles from Green Web that I am going to eventually try.

Are Intermountain alcohol free?

The first bottle I got was fine, I just cannot recall the name. But then I tried Y's with alcohol and it seemed like it really took out the hunger for me.

Weird! lol

I dont have a review yet of the Green Web.

I wish netrition carried a cheaper hcg so we could support this site.

lol

Thank you Stevie. Dh is in the middle of the desert so it was a rare treat. He's been deployed 3 times and we've never skyped. It was wonderful!

Thanks for the reviews on the products. I'm using platinum and it was really expensive. IF I do another round I'd like to find something cheaper

Yup, I'm doing fine with intermountain. They are alchohol free. They use collodial mineral water as a base.

Injections are RX...and yes, that is what I do. Honestly, when I am busy I could go all day without eating because I am not physically hungry when taking the HCG. Its why it works so well.

I have barely eaten today. I had an appointment this morning so lunch was late and now I'm just not hungry. Do you think it's bad if I miss a fruit?
I have on occasion missed a fruit. Nothing more than I could not fit it in my day. I think you will be fine!

Thanks. I did miss one. I ended up eating just my last protein at like 8:30 last night just to get in some food!

oh- i thought there was an rx sublingual as well. I'm probably just not expressing myself well- that happens a lot with me. lol

that is so cool that you aren't hungry. when I did hcg befoer or 11 days I was so hungry and shaky and weak that I had to lay on the floor on 2 occasions on the way to the kitchen becaus I felt like I was going to pass out. I swear my drops did absolutely nothing for me.

it seemed like my friends (who were also doing the protocol) just thought I was experiencing 'emotional hunger' and thought I was just overreacting. I didn't feel very supported. it was not emotional hunger. I'm fine with small servings. it's almost freeing, but I have to have my strength. I wonder what went wrong. when i called the company they acted as if they didn't know what to tell meand that they'd never heard of a person being hungry before.

i am really hoping that the 2 mb's I'm on will help me be successful this time.

You make an excellent point, Dawn. I am off this weekend, so I will make participation a priority. Right now, I'm off to work a 10-hour day.

So I'm up 2.5....hello steak.

Just trying to stay positive, but had to cancel dinner plans since margaritas and fajitas are no longer on the menu.

I hope everyone has a good weekend.

Aww, good going jabbok. She was a highlight with her energy in here.

Disney!! Wonderful scale reading today!! How are your workouts going? I was at the thrift shop yesterday and I carried around this really heavy, wooden frame as they ran out of carts and my arms were like jello. That is not a positive! lol

My DH told me start lifting my weights while DS is doing his school work ( we home school). I need to do something. They are thin but weak. But! The fat has left and I feel and see definition so maybe I have potential to define them. Hope so.

Chouter,
see you over there! I take a lot of notes out the archives and store them in my file/brain.lol

YvetteMarie,
aww bummer. Well, lets hope you are busy today and the day flies by!

As for me, I lost a half a pound and firmly saw 136. My goal for tomorrow is 133 but that is a pipe dream! Whatever it will be, will be. I also over estimated my drops. I am out after this AM so I will open my new bottle. No worries, I ordered my favorite. So funny how each of us has a like and dislike on the hcg.

Have a great day.

I would definitely order drops from netrition if they were in range with the other brands I can afford.

it is neat how the diff brands work differently for different folks.

I got my drops in the mail today, the first estimated delivery date, so thumbs up for fast delivery. bad news is that we are completely out of food and don';t have time to shop today. not to mention I ws up all night with a tummy bug and my stomach isn't allowing much in today. sigh. Hopefully I'll start Monday, IF I decide to start during my period. hcg gives me menstural like cramps on the first couple of days so I'm not sure i want to pair that w/ TOM.

all that to say- my drops are here but i still have no clue when im starting.

Stevie- my worjouts have been ok. They aren't as intense and I've only gone 3x a week instead of my normal 5. It keeps me sane!

I ordered e cherry flavored "y" drops. Hope they are as good as these $90 ones I'm using!

I ordered from Netrition when I 1st started, the 1st bottle got through but the 2nd one was sent back by customs, I have ordered a 3rd bottle but haven't seen it yet so I am not sure if they got sent back because they were just sent by USPS. I don't know why customs lets some drops through but not other ones. It would be nice to have an easier way for Canadians to get the drops.

It could be a problem with the labeling. I have done a lot of import/export of textile goods, and it can all come down to what was written on the package. Don't ask me what the correct label should look like, but if worded incorrectly things can be seriously delayed.

From Intermountain they put homepathic diet drops on the customs form, from Netrition they put food supplement on the same kind of customs form so maybe because it says food supplement that is why they send it back .

Me too. I have not tried any flavor in mine. Let us know.

And TMB is right, the export document/label could trigger a hold. I am a retired customs broker agent and my biz was import/export. Mostly import but what happens is you could get a rookie looking at the goods and trying to be cautious, seize the item. Oh the stories I could tell of our lovely customs agents! The held the powa'! lol
