I will try and find some pics.

I am the blonde sister in both pics. I am pretty much the same weight as my "after" pic give or take 2-3 pounds.

That pic was from my sister's baby shower (she is holding my little one) in September 2009. I believe I was around 217 or so. The second pic was my other sister's wedding shower in May 2010 and I was around 179-180. So about 38 pound difference. Thanks on the hair but it's a total PITA

I was thinking I would love to be the size you are in your before pic! Maybe by Spring!

I hear you on the PITA hair. Mine is so thick that when it was long it was a major commitment to care for. So, I have chopped it and compromised on a cut. The back of mine is all stacked so it is short...and then gets longer as it gets to the front. It is a great way to have the best of both worlds! I need to flat iron it as it is REALLY wavy if I don't. I know...many people would love that problem...

I was going to get a major haircut today but now I'm second guessing

Maybe I'll just keep it long and do some layers and longer bangs. Decisions....

Oh...get a haircut! You have a great face and I can see you in a really cute updated cut...one that would be easy to care for since you have that cute baby!

I should post my REAL before pics (like before Atkins

)....I had SHORT layered hair. Took me about a year to get the layers grown out so I could do this cut....which I *love* and is exactly what I wanted.

Well, we shall see how long it takes. My LDW was 258 and today I am 259. I stay in my window for the most part, except when I have too many almond baked goods or processed stuff and I retain water and I might go up a lb over my window. I just eat clean and it comes off. I would love to be within throwing distance of a new century!! A goal I have is to weigh an amount that starts with a ONE by my 47th birthday...which is in June of next year.

If any of you are/were belly fat carriers, and even held onto the belly fat losing on other plans, did the hcg really help in attacking that area that other plans couldn't?

I have very very stubborn belly fat. I mean I had a kangaroo pouch even when I was 130lbs. Just wondering...thanks!

It attacks abnormal fat....and will continue to work on it until there is no more to lose. It comes off in P2, but you continue to reshape in P3 and P4. Bottom line...it works!

It's hard to say. I can say it works at least as well at Atkins at removing it and WAY better than my grainy weight watchers days.

I also have a big pooch which has gone down SO much and is responsible for me dropping a lot of sizes.

I mean I know it's never going to be perfect. I remember all my 95 pound great aunts used to complain about their pooches (they were also my height and super skinny). There wasn't much on them but it never was totally gone. Sometimes it's a genetic propensity. I still remember when the pooch formed during my first pregnancy. I hadn't even gained a pound yet, and all of a sudden my belly was sagging. GRRR. At least those kids are worth it!

I didn't measure my pooch to start with, but I do know I've lost 4 inches off of it in the last 20 pounds lost. It looks a LOT better, especially as the stretch marks are less visible without it being so pushed out. It will never be a bikini body...but maybe a tall boy short bikini body with an ultra lift halter.

I understand that..but my question is does anyone have any belly fat similar to mine (I gain there first lose their last) and saw a significant change in their belly shape? Just curious is all...already doing HCG and love it.
