Ok, I'm not quite "there" yet but I wanted to show others the difference HCG makes even after one round. I want to lose another 20 pounds, at least. Then re-evalute.

My before was in October (I think) around 185ish. I started HCG in December at 185. I am now down to 167 (168) ish. I can't believe how much my body has reshaped.

Thanks! My face and stomach were the first things to start slimming. My thighs and butt have actually started to go now and I couldn't be happier!!

I think from about 217-180 pounds. The time difference was about 6 months. I did full P3/P4's with my rounds.

Thanks everyone!! I need to lose another 20 but I'm going to do a full P3 then another P2 probably pretty quickly after that. I need to be thinner in time for my 20 year class reunion

Wow, thanks everyone!! I'm amazed at how 20 pounds difference looks. The body really does start to restructure and it seems like I've lost more. I'm very happy so far. Can't wait to keep losing in the next round!!

Is there a thread that explains what P2/P3 are? How many rounds are most people doing?

Amy~You are too cute! I love the hat in your avi...I have one very similar but I feel too self conscious to wear it! I don't know why!

Everyone looks so great! We are all snowed in here and as a result I have been living in yoga pants and tshirts. When I dress up for work on Thursday I will have someone take a pic of me so I can post, I have lost 36 in 2 rounds so far.

The number of rounds differ per person and how much weight each wants to lose. I'll probably do atleast one more round depending on how much I lose then. There are a number of "newbie" threads in the main HCG area, I didn't grab those links before replying. Basically it breaks down like this:

P2 - very low calorie (500 calories) per day, very restricted menu w/HCG
P3 - No HCG, no sugar/starches, upped calories, maintenance
P4 - No HCG, slowly adding back in sugar/starches, life maintenance

Kari-sorry! I didn't see your reply earlier! I am still looking for a good "before" picture, as I tend to destroy my least flattering pics. Here's one from before I started atkins, I'm thinking I'm about 260ish here.
