Thanks Shari for reminding me of that. I know that 6 of those lbs were from Thanksgiving and the vacation before it, and I usually don't "count" that as part of this "cycle". But if I hadn't gotten back on plan that's what I would really weigh right now. I needed to remember that. Thanks!!

Exactly! I count them as you really did lose it...without sticking to plan, it would've stayed and as you said, you'd weigh that now! I wish my scale would jump like that...

Size 10 to a 6/4. 4's "fit" no room for error! But my size 6's are loose.

My poor booty has flattened like a pancake! I need a Brazilian bum lift!! When I lose weight, I can really see my grandmothers body shape. That is interesting to me.

I started VLCD/Hhcg right before Thanksgiving and all of the holiday stuff has been challenging but I keep telling myself that if I hadn't started, I would easily have been well over 200 lbs by now. It's so worth it to be a sexy mama for the holidays, so many opportunities to show off the new bod--woot!!!

Dawn-here's a "before" Atkins pic. It's not the best shot, and not my highest weight, but I think you get the general idea .

I got all dressed up last night for 2 Christmas parties, and must admit I looked pretty good . BUT, didn't take any pics!! And my dd's looked so cute too! I curled their hair and should have gotten some pics. I will try again Christmas eve.
