I also have a big pooch which has gone down SO much and is responsible for me dropping a lot of sizes.

I mean I know it's never going to be perfect. I remember all my 95 pound great aunts used to complain about their pooches (they were also my height and super skinny). There wasn't much on them but it never was totally gone. Sometimes it's a genetic propensity. I still remember when the pooch formed during my first pregnancy. I hadn't even gained a pound yet, and all of a sudden my belly was sagging. GRRR. At least those kids are worth it!

I didn't measure my pooch to start with, but I do know I've lost 4 inches off of it in the last 20 pounds lost. It looks a LOT better, especially as the stretch marks are less visible without it being so pushed out. It will never be a bikini body...but maybe a tall boy short bikini body with an ultra lift halter.
Hey, I'll take a tankini lol!!! I just am more concerned about the deadly visceral fat that's not seen in my mid section, and figures if my stomach's flatter that fat will be gone too

Gotcha. I have an upper abdomen spare tire that I call my "goo"...its a permanent muffin top, but it is going down!! I also have a lower abdomen roll as well...and that is going away as well. Hope this helps!

GREAT PICTURES!!

You have done an amazing job!!

I have two belly rolls, The top one and the bottom one. The top has gone down a LOT, but I have the bottom belly pooch even when I was at 122 pounds because of 3 C sections. I will never have a flat tight belly.

I am more of an hourglass shape (even fat I tend to stay pretty close to the same measurement at my chest and hips) but as I get older I have gotten thicker through the middle. That thickness seems to be coming off.

Sure hope so...mine is soft but weighs me down. The top will go down but the bottom still has a horrible patch..and that was before the baby came lol. I started to gain weight at around 100lbs and I gained the freshman 15 in my belly...so I look pregnant all the time, if that's not abnormal i don't know what is lol

As horrified as I am by these pics (and I *AM* ), I am posting them and hopefully I will help one person. The first pic is of me at my highest weight that I know of, the 2nd is of me after I had started Atkins and had lost some weight, the 3rd is of me at about the weight I was when I started HCG (but was taken a year prior to my starting HCG), and finally the last is of me on Thanksgiving. I still have the shirt and jeans I am wearing at my highest. They are the only clothing items I have saved.

Dr. Atkins started me on the road to health....and I am going to get there with Dr. Simeon's protocol.

Peggy that is amazing progress! I am so glad you shared you are looking terrific! You are looking younger as well as thinner!

But I know what you mean I am in so few pictures my 'before' was taken by someone else's child and I was tagged in facebook. It certainly wasn't one I had taken.

I have had 4 kids--all birthed by c-sections. The only hope *I* have for a flat belly is to have a tummy tuck. But with the hcg it has gone down quite a bit. Well enough for me to be in a bikini at 40!!! The bikini I found does hide the bottom pooch and the top pooch I have has gone down as well. I have an hourglass shape now too. The plastic surgeon I had a consult with about 9 years ago (I actually saw 2 different ones for 2 opinions at DH's insistence) told me he could give it to me with lipo. I didn't even know I had lost it With the Hhcg I got it myself saving me thousands of $$$!! You will love the shape you are going to get with the hcg!!!

You are such a pretty lady no matter what picture!!!! I can't wait to see your pics in about 6 months on your b-day!!!

Oh, and I AGREE - you look about 10+ years younger on your last picture!!!

Dessa ~ On the belly pooch discussion - I have one from having three kids but it has definitely gone down. Will it ever go away - I doubt it!!! But, my mom has always been super skinny - we're talking when she got married she weighed 89 pounds at about 5'-5" Now she weighs about 123# and she has a belly pooch. I always chuckle because she wears one of those old fashioned girdles but then the fat pops out of the top I just don't see the point!!!!

This! I've had 2 c-sections and my lower pooch has gone down significantly since starting hhcg. My true waistline has shrunk tremendously.

When I did my first round of hcg, I had bought a Body Magic corset, and as I was losing I appeared to be reshaping, maybe i'll do that again. I know i'll have the pooch from Elijah (that is worth it lol) but if i can at least have a baby pooch instead of the extra stuff that came before the baby i'll be satisfied.

My mom bought this and she swears it works wonders. I've seen her with it on and it truly does take inches off your waist.

Your body will continue to reshape thru P3 and P4. I lost inches when I wasn't losing lbs.
