Ok, I'm bumping because I'm really encouraged by my numbers for the past couple of days. I'm averaging 2 lbs a day eating the following menu. I'm going to continue today to see if it was a fluke or not:
B: Latte from McD's (large sf vanilla) L: cottage cheese w/tomato, melba D: ground beef w/cabbage, melba S: fruit (one night apple, one night orange) Plenty of water and no morning fruit. And I'm eating more than 4 oz of cottage cheese and almost a half a head of cabbage at night. I have said all along that my body loses better with more food. I'm wondering if I'm actively proving that theory these past couple of days?

Well it worked and I'm amazed! I changed my dinner plans. Had a steak w/onions instead of the beef/cabbage. I went from 175.2 to 173.8 today.
![]() Here's what today looks like: B: Latte again L: cottage cheese/tomato, melba (hey, why mess with what's working )D: Beef w/ cabbage, grissini S: apple or orange I'm going to keep this up until I get bored with it. But as long as I'm seeing losses like this I think I can tolerate the monotony for a while! |

Honestly I don't know about calories. I haven't counted since I started this diet. In the beginning I was eating exactly the amounts of food it was telling me to and I did have losses. The past few days I've upped my portions and have had bigger losses. I did have a major binge over the weekend, but I was also out of drops until this morning. I'm up 5 lbs, but I'm drowning myself in water today and skipping my lunchtime meal I think. Hows it going for you? |
