Morning all. Back in the game. Dropped 1.5 pounds. However, Aunt Flo is scheduled to arrive end of the week. So we shall see how cooperative she is!
Going to church so we have a social/coffee. I made hard boiled eggs and hot tea. Menu: decaff with half/half and Vanilla cream stevia Lots of gingerbread tea with stevia 1 hard boiled egg .5 grapefruit 100 grams of chicken tenders with Franks hot sauce wrapped in romaine lettuce a couple of bites of cottage cheese before bed if I am hungry 2 liters of water mixed with 1 can of Zevia 1 cup of home made chicken broth *I color a little bit out of the lines as you can see. But it works for me. |

we'll see what the scale says tomorrow. so far i hadB-nothing but coffee and 32oz water L-1/2 c cottage cheese and 4 oz onion S-hopefully that darn apple on my desk D-3.5 filet w/tomato slices, sure sounds good I get stuck on that second fruit, grapefruits/oranges the texture gets to me and frozen strawberries just aren't the same and it's too cold to make strawberry sorbet! Thanks!!
I'm sure it's listed here somewhere, but what round are you currently in? I'm asking because your numbers look very much like mine and I'm curious as to how things might progress for me. I'm 37 years old, 5'4" and started at my highest load day weight at 187. My "OMG am I really that small" goal weight would be around 135ish. But, my "ok, I can live with this" goal weight would probably be 145-150 for my frame. Just wondering. Hope you don't mind me asking  |

Started Oct. 16 ran out of drops on vlcd19 (Nov. 5) took an interruption until Nov.15 then started P2 again. Today is vlcd25 for me so I don't know if this is R1 or R2 for me as I only did the interruption. I wanted to get to 162 before moving into P3 but I am not sure if I will get there I will decide tomorrow if the scale hasn't moved. 186 before load days 190.2 after load days 163.8 today Total loss so far is 26.4 pounds, I am not sure on the total inches lost as I will do that this weekend.

I know I can't go that low on my frame. I'm very muscular and even at 140 a couple of years ago my DH said I just looked too thin. I will hopefully get to 150 then re-evaluate at that time. I'm not going to worry about a number, more how I look. If I'm happy with 150 (even though for most people that would be waaaay heavy) then I'll call it there. If I think I can continue to lose and still look ok, then I might try to keep going. Right now I'm just tickled to death to be knocking on the back door of the 170's again. I swore to myself I wouldn't every get this big again, but I just stopped trying. *sigh* Oh well, new day, new chance. So here we go! ![]()

Cucumbers at this time of year do not excite me. They look kind of pathetic at the store. But they are a great veggie, I could only eat 1/2 a one at a meal.
