up .4

No cheats, drank all of my water yesterday. Nothing different.
I know that gains happen, it is just discraging. Wondering if today should be my LDW.

I wanted to hit 20 really bad, but I don't think that will happen by Wednesday if the scale is going the other way.
Maybe, I will see what the scale says tomorrow.
I am on day 23.

Thanks Dawn for starting a new thread.

Molly~how do you feel mentally? If you're still 'in it' then don't be discouraged. Sometimes you will have a slight gain..those are some stubborn, resistant fat cells! You may have a nice release tomorrow..so you'll lose that plus more.

Good morning Lovlies!!! Had a great weekend. The family had chinese last night which I love but have no problem with on the HCG.

I asked DH on Saturday why is it so easy for me to control my eating when I am on this but when I am off I just can't say no to food? It is crazy. Even when I am on P3 I am like, I don't care I will do a correction day tomorrow. Isn't that a horrible attitude?

I did eat a tad of ketchup on my burger last night. I MISS KETCHUP!!!! What is a good substitute? I haven't found any without sugar anywhere. But I am still down .8 today! 12.2 total so far, and that is week 1! Can't wait to see the end of this week, I know it won't be as much but hopefully the loses stay steady.

Hope everyone has a great week! Stay warm!

You are not alone!! I will join you with steak tonight. Good thing I have plenty of tomatoes that have to be eaten too! Not only did we go out to eat yesterday (at a China Buffet of all places ...at least it wasn't pizza though!) but TOM showed up. So I was due for a gain, but want it gone quickly. Looks like tea, coffee and steak with a tomato will be on my menu.

Can you all post how you divvy up your foods and times you find work best? I'm trying to see if I can space this out good so I'm not starving all day. Also, when you take your drops?

I took my first set at about 7:15am and had my coffee at 8am. I'd like to wait until 11 for lunch but its only 9:30 and I'm getting hungry!

Hey Gracie. I've been stuck at thebsame weight for a long time now so I figured why not! Kyle is good! Such a big boy already. Smart and funny just like his daddy! I see your babies are growing too! Beautiful

I have one more question and then I'm done I swear. I brought Melba toast today but not the box so I don't know the servings. I get one one serving right? And how many pieces is a serving?

Most days:

Coffee first. I am not human until I have had at least a full cup

Drops around 9am (10 today because I am moving slow and just finished my coffee)

Fruit aronund 11 or so

lunch about 1pm

Drops between 2 and 3pm

Supper about 6pm (I have some broth if I need it between 4-5, but usually not)

Drops around 7-7:30

Fruit about 8pm

Bed at 9ish.

I drink a lot more water and coffee than I ever have (well when I was working in the hospital or office I drank as much coffee but it has been several years since then)

I hope to keep that up when I go to P3, I think it will be important in my stabilizing.

For me I get up about 6:30 a.m. pee, weigh, take drops, get kiddos ready for school.

7:15-Hot drink, either coffee or tea and a big glass of water. Get ready for work.

9- Eat a piece of fruit and continue my water
12-Eat my protein, veggie and Melba/breadstick
2:30-Take 2nd dose of drops
Drink water and hot drinks all afternoon. Especially when kids get off the bus at 4 and start in on their snacks!

5:30-eat supper-protein, veggie and melba/breadstick
7-Eat my remaining fruit.
9:30ish-3rd dose of drops

I try to space the drops out 8 hours apart. I don't eat or drink anything 30 min before or after I take the drops. I use 13 drops and hold them under my tongue for 2 min. If I am doing anything incorrectly someone please tell me. But I am getting results so I figure that I must be doing something right. HTH

The melba that I buy are the small rounds. I eat two at each meal - I think it adds up to about 20-25 calories per meal. HTH

Thanks so much guys! I just went back and re-read the diet part in pounds and inches.

I just had 1/2 my grapefruit so I should be ok for an hour. I guess it'll just take a few days for me to figure out what works good for me!

Well dang it. Up a pound. Maybe it is the 2 day effect after the Christmas party. Or I did not eat enough or drink enough yesterday. We were super busy here with family doing Christmas crafts, scrapbooking and such. I did not eat much. No worries, I am hoping to see the 130's this month.

I am glad the program is called Pounds and INCHES because I feel like I have thinned out a bit more regardless with that 1 pound gain.

Have a good one ladies.

I have to start over. I strayed way too much last month. Don't know why... I am really not hungry on the hhcg. Today is my 2nd load day. Good news is that I kept the 8 pounds off that I lost last month with very little effort. Wish me luck! If I have even 1/2 the results you ladies do, I'll be thrilled.

Last week I had stayed the same from Thur to Fri - 228.4. We went away for the weekend and I stayed on plan! Weighed for the first time this morning after skipping the scale for 2 days and I am at 227.6. So I am losing but it has really slowed down. Hoping it will speed up again this week. I was lax on the water yesterday because I knew we would be spending time in the car and I didn't want to have to stop every 20 min to potty!! Oh, and on the TMI front -- I had a blowout bathroom wise last Tuesday and have not gone since. Tomorrow will be an entire week!

back atcha Gracie!!! Good going on the 7.2 down. It is still good. Get lots of water today to wash away some of the bloat. Steak day is going really well. I am not hungry and only had a cup of coffee so far. That just goes to show I ate a bit too much last night. Well, that + TOM add up to a very low hunger day for me. I didn't really eat off plan per say--I am in P4!! Just the sauces they use are very starchy and sugary and sodium filled. It was good food, but ugh.....why do I have to be out of my window???? Oh, well. I plan on eating before I go in to work since I don't ever feel like eating while at work. That will allow me to have my steak nice and hot. Getting in my Cranberry weightless tea also always helps with the restaurant bloat as well. Gotta go and make me some now....you have a great day too.

A serving of regular Melba toast is one piece.

I try to take my drops as soon as I get up and then go brew coffee, so I can wait 15 minutes. If I forget I take them after the coffee. I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning so I can make it until around 11:30 for lunch. If I'm hungry before that, I just drink more coffee or water.

The first thing I eat is lunch. I found that if I eat my fruit first, it makes me more hungry, faster. If I eat some protein first, I can make it until 3 o'clock for the fruit. I take 2nd dose 15 min before the afternoon fruit.

Dinner is around 6:30. 2nd fruit around 8:30 or 9pm. Last dose before bed around 11pm.

Good morning everyone

Thanks for starting the new thread Dawn.

Molly, hang in there. The weight will fluctuate, you are doing great.

I'm reporting that I am not weighing today. TOM is about a week away and I am very bloated this morning. I know I will be up on the scale but that it is temporary weight and I just don't want to get discouraged. I will continue dosing and sticking to protocol..

I don't really eat according to a schedule, but if I haven't eaten by 2:00 I'll have a meal then. I do have a cup of coffee in the morning, around 9:30.

Yesterday I bought honey crisp apples at Costco, I found the package with the BIGGEST apples! Wow are they good!

Here's to a great day

LDW for R1 : 163
Today's weight: 154.6
Loss since yesterday: +.2

I was really worried that some of that 3 lbs I lost yesterday were too good to be true and would return today, but I was only up .2!!

I'm so excited. Extreme virgin territory!

Yesterday's menu:
breakfast: coffee
lunch: grilled steak, tomato, grissini
snack: apple
dinner: grilled hamburger patties, sliced tomato, grissini

I haven't been hungry for my 2nd fruit. (probably since it's not strawberries, I'm not as interested)

This is almost my same exact schedule but I only take rx twice a day...that's funny! I feel like if I space it out I do better throughout the day!
BTW your ketchup question there is a reduced sugar ketchup but you wont find anything lower other than making it yourself and that'll have sugar too from the tomatoes but at least it's natural. I do the rs ketchup if i have anythng that requires it. Good luck!

Quick check in for me, I haven't weighed in yet. I usually weigh myself at about 10 am. My day looks like this:

7:00: First dose
8:00: Coffee time
10:00: Big pot of herbal tea to help with my water intake (if hungry I eat an apple)
12:00: Second Dose
1:00: Lunch
3:00: More Tea (and apple if I didn't have my fruit at ten)
5:00: Third Dose
6:00: Dinner

I did eat a tad of ketchup on my burger last night. I MISS KETCHUP!!!! What is a good substitute? I haven't found any without sugar anywhere. But I am still down .8 today! 12.2 total so far, and that is week 1! Can't wait to see the end of this week, I know it won't be as much but hopefully the loses stay steady.

Hope everyone has a great week! Stay warm!
