I wish I could have kept on the roll of my first week! Sadly it did slow down, but I think I still averaged a little over a half pound a day.

I decided to call it. So my LDW was 166.6 and today is What? R3D1 or still R2D24?
I didn't count my load days when I took drops as R2 days, Should I have? Or are those days just Load days? These days are confusing me LOL.

So, Counting all the days I took drops including load days: yesterday would have been R2D25 LDW166.6 total loss of 18 pounds (I didn't gain on load days so there was no issue of virgin weight) And today, since I am off the drops, would be R3D1 loss of .6????

Please Somone tell me where the heck I ammmmm

If this is the 1st day that you haven't taken your drops then you are on vlcd without hcg, you will do 2 of these and then on Friday you would be P3D1.

OK, calm down!! Your P2 days start the first day of drops. So yes, you include those. I gained weight on the load days and then I lost said weight. I say, you gain them, you lose them all. Include the load weight in your total lost. If your last dose day was yesterday then today you still do very low calorie. Your first P3 day (not R3--R stands for round!!!) is when your 48 hours is up. SO you are still on P2. And anything you lose from here until you start your P3 is just "wiggle room". It is nice to have that when going into P3!! Congratulations on a great round!!

I don't know but great job on the loss!! Where ever you are, its several pounds lighter than you were!!

If yesterday was her LDW then she hasn't dosed today and should start the 48 hour count as of yesterday's last dose, right?

So, if she dosed say yesterday evening then her P3 will start Thursday evening ~ exactly 48 hours from her last dose. If she took her last dose yesterday (Tuesday) at 6 pm then P3 starts Thursday at 6 pm. (Or whatever time she took it)

Hope I didn't confuse Molly more

Thanks! I am happy with it! 20 would have been great, but yanno, there is another round just around the corner and I will have a better idea of what I am doing and what I am getting into! I know that next time I will eat the 2% cottage cheese more and have that fantastic onion soup more often, I will know that if I add ginger and soy and a dash of rice vinegar to my beef and cabbage concoction it can go from being a little like cabbage rolls to more like egg rolls. And lots more that I learned this round!


OK today is R1P2D26. Friday will be R1P3D1.

Meh, I took the last dose at bedtime last night anyway so I am good with starting P3 on friday

Sounds good!!!

One time I took my last dose around 5 p.m. and exactly 48 hours later I was RAVENOUS, that's why I brought it up If you are feeling more hunger, just add a little more protein and you'll be fine. Good Luck and I'll bet you see a nice loss tomorrow morning too!!!

Ha! I bought the Financial Paeace U for the kidlets!!!! They will be budgeting also! They are crazy about money and spending it. They are 6 & 9, we started chores and allowance this summer but they aren't very consistent. I think this will be a great opportunity for them.

When my kids were teens we used the Teenproofing book for everything including money management. I wish I had taught them more about it when they were younger but it took me ages to learn it myself. Heck, i am still not great at it, But I am amazed at how well my girls handle money.

We give DD2 a bit of help since her SO isn't working much (don't get me started on that ... My DD2 is supporting all 3 of them by working full time and going to school full time while he pays "Madden" and goes to Bengals games and sleeps a lot and occasionally gets a call from his boss to install some carpet. ) like gas money and buying stuff for the baby.

So So. I stabilized WAY high. It was not unexpected (medical issues) but still disappointing. I am a slow loser, so I will need to do another 42 day round - was hoping to go shorter, but will need two weeks to get back to LDW. And then there is load weight on top of that. UGH! The good news is I am VERY stable. I can eat "clean P3" and not lose (UGH!). I can eat what I call "dirty P4" and not gain.

Well, lets focus on the fact that you are stable! That is SUPER!! I like the short rounds and you might find that whatever you put on comes right back off and quickly. Medical issues are what they are. Its not like you can control that. Do the best you can...that is all you can expect of yourself.

Agreed, 1000%. Also, because of the meds/therapy, I am way healthier than I was a month ago. Gotta be happy with that. I am going for long-term health over short-term losses.

In all seriousness, how are you doing with your break? I guess my funny overshadowed my question.

I am between Cinci and Dayton, smack dab in the middle, and While I don't recommend you getting where I am geographically (unless you are on vacation and want to visit Kings Island or the Ohio River) Weight wise YOU WILL get here~ and then some!!!
I am only 5 foot tall so every little bit seems like quite a bit.

I was up this morning .6, and it p*issed me off so much I nearly threw my drops in the trash. I didn't take any, still haven't. And then I went on a very out-of-control binge. I was just so flippin' mad at the whole process, I went nuts. I won't even bother telling you what all I shoved in my mouth today, but it was worse than any load day I have ever done. I have been so dang hungry, I am sure these cheap-o drops I got are worthless. I know what great drops feel like, and these are not them. The first round drops I used are expensive, but I said what the heck, I bought more of them today. They won't get here until next week, but whatever. I only have so many days of this VLCD eating in me, and I feel as though I am wasting them on crap drops. I can't do it this way. So I am sure I'll be up four or five lbs. tomorrow, but whatever.

Now the question is, how do i eat until my new drops get here?

It's ok chouter. I'd eat lc P3 style honestly.

I made it another day. Got in some cardio too. I'm tired tonight. Going to put my son to bed and then sip on some christmas cookie tea. Yum!!

I <3 Dave Ramsey! We are following his baby steps and are budgeting and we've been so, so blessed since we started doing it!

One thing that's made budgeting really easy is this software called YNAB. We follow DR principles but use the software to budget and it's AWESOME.
