Does anyone use Walden Farms products? I am thinking of ordering some for P3, ok maybe the ketchup for P2. I admit I am a condiment addict!!! I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good products from them or are they totally gross and stay away?

I use them. I would not be able to get the chicken down without it.

I use the honey mustard a lot. I like their raspberry vinaigrette but I don't like any other SF RV. I have a hard time finding theirs though. I did not like the creamy bacon. Have not tried the ranch yet.

I used walden farms before. I wasn't crazy about them.

I just had lunch. I couldn't wait. I was hungry, tired and cranky. I doused my chicken in hot sauce and had that and celery. Dinner will be chicken and tomato. Tomorrow I'm gonna cook up some shrimp. Yum!

Thanks for all the help guys! I'm actually excited for this weight loss!!

My friend told me to heat up the BBQ sauce just a bit in the micro and it tastes much better. I don't like it cold out of the fridge, but warmed up just a tad in the micro and it was wonderful on my chicken!!! You didn't throw it out did you?

Jan got me hooked on her version of honey mustard sauce. Take the Walden Farms pancake syrup and add your own mustard to taste. Dip in chicken and yummmm!!! My new way to eat chicken on P2!!!

Well I decided I won't know if I don't try! Just order 10 items from Walden Farms. I found a buy 5 get 5 free coupon code online! So lets just say I have a wide variety! I am excited, hopefully that ketchup gets here soon...as well as the pancake syrup can't wait to have some honey mustard sauce.

I weighed in for the day, down another 0.5lbs. I have 10.5 more to go to reach my goal for this short round (14 days to get there). I'm not sure I'll be able to get to that in time, but I'm considering extending the round but planning an interruption for Christmas. I might take 1 week to eat P3 style and then jump back on the 27th.

My drops tell me 5 drops 4 times a day. I'm having a difficult time divvying those up and not interferring with my meal times.

Right now I've got:

7 am - Dose 1
8-10 am - water/coffee/tea (maybe fruit)
11 am - Dose 2
12 - Lunch
1-2 pm - coffee/tea/water (maybe fruit)
3 pm - Dose 3
6 pm - Dose 4
6:30 - 7 pm - Dinner

That is excellent!!! I love deals like that. I can find the Walden Farms in my grocery stores so I have never shopped online for them. I also forgot to mention the fruit spreads. One of the girls from last year said her nurse suggested she use the apricot spread to "stuff" the chicken breast. It was most fabulous in making the dry chicken less boring!!! I have also bought the strawberry spread for the same reason--makes the melba not so dry. I believe the same thing....we all have different tastes and what I like someone else may hate. And what I cannot stand you might like!! Happy testing!!!! I bought the alfredo sauce and didn't like it, but with some tweaking it can be made likable enough to not throw away. So if you don't like some right away, you might have to tweak with adding in your own spices in order to make it worth buying.

Good morning to you! Just read your post about the weekends lol!
lost .8 from friday, I FINALLY went #2 lol saturday after a STRONG cup of coffee...I lost 2 lbs on the scale sunday and then stayed the same this morning but that doesn't bother me at all...I guess what I went through on p3 has made me not look forward regular p3 food at all, so I'm going to have to get over that mental block before I establish a panic wall for p3 (which is where i'm at) i've enjoyed my p2 menu alot more than i did the first p2...i'll get through this bottle and be done for at least 6 weeks (no matter what) lol. I don't feel any better about the impending p3 than i did the first time

I used to take mine before my meals but found I was rally hungry in the morning someone here suggested taking the drops about 8 hours apart so I switched to the 6;30, 2pm and 8pm it really works well for me.

I also hold them under my tongue for 2 mins and don't have anything to eat or drink 15 mins before and after I take my drops.

Ir's funny, I really didn't go too crazy this weekend, no-where near how I used to eat.
BUT, it's 1 pm and I'm still not hungry, so I must have really "loaded" lol

Dawn- I was wondering how much WF you use in P2? This is my second round so I have already done a completely clean round of P2 before. Just wondered, I value your opinion and knowledge of these kinds of things.

I used it as sparingly as I could. I would use only one product a day at the most. And trying to use as little as possible while still enjoying the food. Doing this for 5 rounds, the food can get kind of boring after a while. Oh and the chicken--baked with NO oils, very very dry. Yuck!!!! I don't do hot sauce so I was even more limited. Mustard was OK because it was on the OK food list--it is just spices and vinegar. But adding the sweetness of the syrup to it--a whole 'nother level!!!!! You don't even need the syrup you can use the packet of sweetener or stevia. I really liked the flavor of the syrup. I didn't like any of the salad dressings though. And I tried so hard to like them. I love salad. But I just ended up doing without. However, others like the dressings!

I would totally use the Davinci syrup!!! I gave up on lettuce salad after I could not find a dressing I liked. Using it on spinach to me was yuck-o. The spinach was kinda funky tasting. I am sure it would taste divine on lettuce though!!

oh i hear you i couldn't stand lettuce all by itself and I couldn't do the apple cider vinegar, ew lol...i made up a dressing with
1/4c red wine vinegar
1/4c water
2T dijon or spicy mustard (1/2 and 1/2 sometimes)
pinch of stevia or splenda and s&p then shake shake and 2T on my dressing with "grissini" croutons lol it makes a great salad every day

You all are great! A wealth of knowledge. I hope being here makes this easier. I am STARVING today and just trying to make it through 2 days, then I know this will get easier

So it looks like some of you don't always eat both fruits everyday? I'm so looking forward to my apple tonight!!

for me the hunger lasted the first 4 or 5 days (like I thought I did something wrong lol) but it does go away. Mine would come and go throughout the whole protocol.

I didn't/dont eat them everyday and the grissini's either but if i didn't get both of one i got both of the other ya know? it keeps your body guessing too. ooo baked apple with cinnamon or pps and 1/4 lemon juice in the micro for 2 minutes is awesome!

I use my apple for breakfast

I skip one fruit a lot of days. Today Kay was asleep on my lap at morning snack time and I needed snuggles more than my apple LOL

I do eat a lot of veggies though, usually fresh spinach, without measuring, so I suspect it mostly balances out.

I don't eat the melba or grissini either because of wheat issues.

Can I just add one thing I have noticed?

My Nails look FABULOUS. I usually have pretty weak breakable nails with lots of hangnails...Not so much this past week or so as they have grown out.

Apples stall me so I just eat more tomatoes right now. I like grapefruit just have not yet picked any up. So currently, no fruit, no melba or those sticks.

I weigh my meat most days and I also eat 1 egg/3 whites more often then most.

I am down 22 plus pounds since I started. About 5 to 8 to go.

Drink tea, coffee, get busy until the hunger kicks in

I normally eat all the food everyday. Occasionally, I'm not hungry at night for my fruit and I skip it, but that's RARE! I used to have strawberries every night, but they are too expensive now so I just do apples.

If you are starving it won't hurt to eat some extra veggies. Cut up a cucumber or tomato and eat it! It gets easier, I promise.
