I'm right there with you. 157 this morning. I didn't binge, just grazed during TOM on stuff I shouldn't have, especially nuts. And portions were getting bigger than they should have been. Sucks to have to lose the same weight twice.

I am very happy at this loss; I have always been very athletic but still a fairly small frame. I am planning on 6 weeks before my second and final round. I truly feel so grateful for a chance to restart my metabolism and possibly have a fresh start. This will be the first time I will actually ENJOY good fats (EVOO, avocado, etc) without feeling guilty! No more diet crap food. I'm ready to enjoy nourishing my body; bring on P3!

P3 so many yummy foods to choose from.

I am starting week 3 today (VLCD13). I lost another 1lb! That makes the 2 week total 9.5lbs post load, 8.7 pre load. Week 2 was better than week one for me. I lost 5lbs in week 2.

Also, inches are coming off. Since I started I have lost the following:

Chest: -1 inch
Arms:-1 inch off right arm (none of left...but now they are the same size)
Naval: -1.5 inches
Hips: -1.5 inches
Thighs: -1 inch off each
Calves: -0.5 inch off each (I have skinny calves so this is not somewhere I need to lose)
Waist: -.25 inches (my waist is smallish compared to the rest of me)

I find this inch loss really interesting because my butt and thighs are usually the last to go, and with this plan they seem to be melting away first.
good job on the pounds and inches lost.

Toomuchbooty,
I have h&h in my coffee. I didn't in the beginning but I decided I would try it eventually and I use 1 teaspoon measurements, not free pour. So far so good.

Keep up the great work ladies.

I am defrosting a whole chicken to make my own broth. I guess it is about 20 calories a cup?

Off to walk...have a blessed day.
another 1/2 good job.

Yes, it does truly suck to have to relose the same pounds over and over. I was so darn close to a new decade, and I blew it. One thing I am happy about it that all that crap I ate did not trigger me to keep going. I still have some of the stuff I bought to eat, and I have had no desire to touch it. That is a good thing.

Tomorrow night we are having a Christmas party, and I had planned on having wine. Now I think I might refrain, just because I don't want to add even more pounds I will have to lose, but who knows. I may.

Congrats on the smaller sizes..although very expensive (yikes) but so worth it! I know what you mean about others commenting on your weight. My family has been used to seeing me heavier so when I got to my all time lowest of 158, they told me that I had lost a lot and didn't need to lose more. I knew that I hadn't lost enough and have a goal to reach (will still re-evaluate when there) so I just reminded them that I was doing this for me and I will stop when I'm satisfied and can look at myself comfortably in the mirror. I said it in a nice way and they understood. Glad your hubby is totally onboard..that really matters. What a great job you've done...KUTGW!!

LOL..I'm with ya! Congrats on the loss thus far. Another round and you will make goal..how exciting!

Congrats! Crossing fingers you make it to 162 tomorrow.
I am so excited about this.. just cant wait for it to happen. I have started a jogging training. I think it will help me to maintain or lose weight during my phases. When I do my second round I hope to have less than 20 pounds to loss and be a little more toned so that I can exercise throughout the phase. Jogged a little today and my legs feel like they want to fall off

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I am excited and scared to start the P3. I really dont know what to expect. Tomorrow I will celebrate with an egg omelet for breakfast and mixed salad for lunch. Yipeeee

Hi everyone, up 1 pound today, didn't know if I was retaining water from being on my feet all day yesterday. I was starting to worry about all the product I have to have my hands in, and then about noon .....tom showed up, well that makes more sense, I can relax a little that its not the product.
I have to work.

Amy hope all is well with you

You guys are awesome thanks again for all the great ideas and insight.

Cannot wait to be back on P3 with you baby!

I mean, P2 serves a great purpose and all, but I am really looking forward to some variety and a bit of fat back in my diet

Aw, Chouter, I am cheering for you! You can get back on plan and lose it

Okay, results of my apple day yesterday... I lost 1.2 lbs. I was so glad to get back on track. In the three rounds I've done I've never gained during p2 and it kinda freaked me out!

I had initially planned for today to be my last dose for this cycle, but now I think I'll finish up this batch of hcg, so last dose will be Tuesday. My goal for this round was 156, and this morning I was 157.2, so hopefully I can get a little bit under my goal by Tuesday.

Good Evening~

Dodged a bullet today. My bank usually brings in a huge meat & cheese tray with crackers ect. Well, apparently with the economy being such as it is they went cheap w/ some nasty looking Chex mix crap. Way easy for me to pass up. I gave it to my assistant, he loves that stuff. Came home and made homeade pizza for the fam and overnight guests. Again why can I have SO much control on the drops but NONE when I am off of them.

I am thinking Sunday will be my last dosing day so I can have a couple of P# days under my belt before the weekend.

Have a great weekend. I am hoping to see 185/184 tomorrow. TOM is in the house so who knows. I have only dropped .8 the last two days.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Day All,

My final weight loss for this round is 22 pounds and for that I am grateful.
Today was the first day of P3. For a celebration my friends and I went out to breakfast. I had egg white omelet (3 eggs) with veggies and cheese. In addition, I had 3 sausage turkey links and hot tea. It all felt good going down however 5 minutes after I finished I felt nausea. I had to walk around with my friends for 45 minutes before I fet better. Phase 3 is great however, the stomach does not allow you to eat as much as you dream of when you're on Phase 2. I will be jogging today.. definitely jogging. Tomorrow my friends and I will be doing Pilates after work. Any advise? I dont think there wil be any dinner for me...

I have bounced back a bit from my binge, and am down 2.5 lbs. this morning. This is due to a release of a different sort - Bernice showed up several times. That's what eating fat and sugar will do to a gal.

We are hosting our company Christmas party tonight, so I hope I can stay strong. Got a shrimp and veggie tray for me, but loads of crap for everyone else.

Have a great day, everyone!

back up to my LDW. Ended up having to take a med notorious for weigh gain last night to get to sleep, I hope I don't pay on the scale over the next few days (I gained 30 pounds in about 6 weeks on it when it was a part of my daily med regimen.

I agree! Have fun, be mindful! Tis the season I ate off plan a tiny bit last night. Went out to dinner and had grilled fish and beans and broccoli + 1 glass of wine. Still showed a loss so I'm happy. I think as long as I eat 90% protocol I'm gonna lose fine

No. My SIL called abut 5 min after I took my ambien and of course DH couldn't handle asking about what to get MIL for christmas and so I had to get up and talk to her. I love her and always love talking to her but I think people forget the time difference. So, by the time I was off the phone I was wide awake again. (the seroquel also makes me a little crabby/hungover the next day) So I took a bit to get back to sleep. I was still up and down all night with the dogs. I am quite today.

Good morning everyone.

I am feeling bloated. TOM should be en route this week, so I imagine that I will see some funny business on the scale. I'm going to focus on hydration to combat water retention.

I actually had an easier TOM I think while on drops. I know a lot of people have a harder time. I suspect it was because I have never been in the habit of drinking enough water but I was this time.

Hope you had a nice visit with your mom. And yes, some people can color out of the lines and lose just fine. I think if it stalls out, just go right back to the program 100% and take it from there.
