I think once I get under 110 I'll notice. I'm so short (4'11) that 5 pounds is going to be huge for me. I'm Really excited for this weight loss this time. I have a plan in place and goals in mind, and I'm on a mission! It might take me longer because I have a few interruptions days planned, but maybe the exercise will helpl that since I'm burning calories

Oh, and I've made a decision. I'm having a SMALL glass of wine with dinner. I will be skipping my Melba today. I know it probably isn't "good" but I feel if I don't give in I may be setting myself up to binge.

Thanks. I ask because 2 people just today have asked me if I've lost weight. And I see these people every single day. Surely it can't be noticeable already? I'm not even one full week in yet?

This VLCD 12 and to my surprise I'm down another 1.5lbs. Total loss so far 8.5lbs post load, 7.7 pre load. Added to the 6lbs I lost with LC before this, I'm doing really well (14 lbs total...hooray!). I've still got a long way to go to my ultimate goal (40lbs more). I am going to take my one week interruption for Xmas and do P3 eating during that time and then hop right back to P2.

I love Hcg!

great job!!

I will be moving to size 12's now as the 14's are really big on me.

I'm still squeezing into my 12's without too much of a muffin top. All I can say is thank goodness it's winter and I can wear baggy sweatshirts to work everyday

My neighbors keep mistaking me for one of the high schoolers that walk in our neighborhood!!! And I have been this small for about a year now. They still don't recognize me. And they see me every single day walking Milo. When I see them at school (our sons are in the same grade) if I don't say Hi first, they walk right on by because they don't think it is me. I am in awe of this every time I see them!! I almost have her convinced to try the hcg--she has the belly fat that is harmful and I would love for Karen to try this. Our other neighbor has seen what I went through and wanted to know the "secret". She did so well, her skeptical DH tried as well. I have great looking back door neighbors now and get the mom confused with her daughter too!!! What goes around comes around, I guess Believe it honey--it is noticeable even when you don't see it!!!!

Oh, and I have to add.....thank goodness it is wintertime!! I am about 5 pounds above where I WANT to be and I can hang on to this weight til springtime. The baggy sweaters definitely hide a lot!!! P2, me and winter just don't get along! I am thinking I might do another round come springtime to get ready for the summer.

Great job Stevie!! I'm at 141.5 with my last injection tomorrow! Thank goodness P3 is on Monday. I was hoping to be at 140 by the end of my first round, but this is fabulous and I'll take it! On P2 I have exercised two days a week 45-60 min spin classes. I am an instructor, so I couldn't NOT exercise. I only went about 85% though and actually it's been just fine; I'm not even extra hungry on those days.

Woo hoo on feeling great!

Week One P2 - down 7.4
Week Two P2 - down 1.4

I am having major bathroom issues and have not gone since last Tuesday - yes, that would be 9 days ago!! I just took Milk of Magnesia and am hoping to clean things out today and maybe then the losing will start again. These potty problems are a complete turn around for me because I normally have problems controlling colitis symptoms.

I know this is called Pounds and Inches, but I haven't had any inches loss either. Yes, very frustrating!!

I'm not giving up though! Because if nothing else, I feel better than I have in a really long time.
I am using the same drops as you, and I gave up on them. I know others have used them and done well, but they just don't work for me. I ordered new ones.

I have noticed already, I am down another 2 today. My boss, who only weighs 105 because she just had a baby, said she could tell I had lost weight and she thinks its scarry to lose weight this quickly...
I told her that yes if she lost 10 pounds in three days she would blow away, but I think I will be ok.

Wonderful! My first 2 weeks of hcg was a bit rough because I gave up coffee and diet soda. Have not gone back and now I am good to go on the vlc days.
I don't know how you did those spin classes! wow! Excited for your journey. So post often

Have fun with P3....remember..slow and steady. And weigh every day and don't forget there are a variety of ways to correct if need be

depends on where my body thinks my goal is I am at 149 (I have gained 3 since I stopped 10/10/10) and want to be under 130 but will gladly take closer to 120 So between 20-30 more is fine with me. I am only 5' 3" so 120 is not too skinny I don't think

It's not awful or unbearable, but there have been times my tummy is rumbling. I guess it should considering it is consuming only 500 calories!

Hi everyone- I've been reading here daily but not posting much. I'm having a rough time today (I had a tough time last Thursday as well- hmmm...) But I thought I would share my progress: I have lost 10.8 lbs. I'm on P2R1 and my 13th day of VLCD. Most days I have had absolutely no trouble at all, but today I felt weak and hungry and a little dizzy a couple of times. I supplemented my day's food with a hard boiled egg and feel a bit better. Next Thursday will be my last day of drops and I'm anxious for P3. I've been dreaming about having two eggs, fried in butter with sliced avocado, plus cream in my coffee mmmmmm................ I'll wait until Saturday!

146 after 2 loading days
143.8 -2.2
142.2 -1.6
140.4 -1.8
139.8 -0.6
139.8 -0.0
139.4 -0.4
138.2 -1.2 Total pounds lost for week 1 7.8!!
137.8 -0.4
137.6 -0.2
136.8 -0.8
136.2 -0.6
135.2 -1.0 Passed the 10 pound mark!

Hi everyone...

Well, I woke up this morning (r3 vlcd 13) and was UP .6!

I think it's stress, or retained water from sodium and exercise, but I freaked out and decided to do an apple day. Yes, I know the apple day is to break a stall. I decided to do one anyway...

Have been surprisingly not hungry today but I'm interested to see what the scale does tomorrow morning.

At least I used up those 5 honeycrisps I had sitting in my kitchen

Hi everybody!!
So down another 1.4 lbs today which puts me at 131.something I forget.

Not complaining but a legitimate gripe(s)
I had to buy new ABU's today because mine got so big...my abu top went from a size 10 to a size 4 and my pants went from a size 32 to a 28 BUT military uniforms cost a lot and my other one was falling off, I spent $195.00 today and that doesn't include sewing my name tapes or stripes on

Also, there are those people, you know the ones that start to say (like my mother and my bff and co-workers) "well how much more do you think you're gonna lose because your face is starting to look too thin" and "well you looked great before you don't need to lose any" and "don't you think you're done?" Why can't people just be happy for you? This is why I don't talk about the diet, I really really dodge questions, any questions. Then they think they'll have the right to say "oh yea no wonder" or something stupid. Anyone getting/starting to get this? I don't know why it's bothering me, maybe cause i want them to be happy/proud? My hubby...totally supportive

I have to force food some days. It ebbs and flows. I also think how you load matters. If you loaded on a lot of carbs, that could result in a hungrier start.
I have read here that sometimes people need to adjust their drops. Some go less drops. I do 10x3.

Ouch! That is a big bill. But it better motivate you to keep that weight off young lady! LMAO!

Well, I am losing a lot in my face. There are some pictures ( like yours) that I look uber skinny there. I was getting some flack from DH to call goal only because I think he missed our date nights (food, drink, music, etc.lol) and he says I am thin enough. But finally he knows, I want to get to a place that will allow a 5 pound gain/stabilize as i doubt 2 pounds is realistic.

The good news is your hubby is on board...and he is all that matters for support. besides us here! hehehe

You are doing great. When do you go to P3?

Yep, very little water. I think I had maybe 12 oz all day. I normally drink a couple liters at least.

It was easier than I thought it would be, actually. But, we'll see what the scale says tomorrow! *crosses fingers*

Hi Heather... I truly undersand your frustration. I have in fact gotten this attitude from other people before and this is what I feel about it... it's none of their business.

The way you want to look when you take off your clothing is your business, or how you want your face to look. Unfortunately, some are insecure and some do have good intentions. Your body will tell you when it's enough. I have had people look at me and tell me I look 10 years younger since I dropped the weight and believe it or not I have started other co-workes on the protocol and others want to discuss it with me.

I am currently a 161.2 pounds and will go on another round because the goal is 140. I will stop when my body tells me and ..... when the mirror stops screaming when I stand in front of it naked...

My tummy would rumble while on plan too. Just take in stride--doesn't mean you need to eat though!!! My naturally skinny DH's tummy rumbles sometimes too. I have taken that to mean that it is a normal thing, not something that has to be quieted down or fed.
