R6, Day 10 P2 Rogue ... 2 measly pounds dropped. I've been between 450-600 cals a day approx., drinking my water, doing all the same stuff I've done for nine months ... pounds will NOT budge! This is weight I'm trying to RE-lose from my last P3!

Not sure why, not sure what to do SO I will continue on the best I can with the plan and the drops FOR NOW until I figure it out! BLAH!!!

Yeah we'll be sexy mamas using our power for good Love that!

I hear your frustration! To have low days and not see a loss, to see the scale bounce around in the past 12 days, to see a week of good dieting with no scale results - are you seeing any inches lost? Stalls can be very stubborn, I think that's really what will test patience and perseverance - you've been so good with sticking to plan, but your body is being stubborn about it. I think it's a good idea to hang tough to Friday, because hopefully you'll breakthrough by then. Maybe one idea is to do a short break for maintenance, then hit it hard again. Like you said - if you're going to maintain, boost your metabolism - then go back into the lowered calories and that may provide the jolt you need.
How'd those jeans fit? I guess just like any other weight loss plan, stalls are to be expected. I was reading a thread in the ML that it's not a "true" stall unless it lasts a month! I'd go nuts by then. I'll give it 2 more days. Actually, If I'm the same or higher tomorrow I think it's time for a break. We'll see. Sticking to Simeon's plan (+cream in my coffee this am) to see if that helps today.

I'm stalled too. Sounds a lot like me. Misery loves company, right? If I can't get the scale moving in the next few days I'm going to move on to a real P3. Until after the holidays. Then I'll go back to P2 again in Jan. I think this next round I'll do closer to Simeon's and add cream to my coffee. Wondering if the longer you're at it the less successful it is. Wonder if our bodies just are stuck. That 2 lbs isn't your whole 10 days back on plan is it? Re-losing is a drag . Hope you drop tonight!!

One thing I do because I am experimenting and switching things around is keep good records of how much I am drinking, tracking my calories, noting anomolies or things worth notin, stuff like that so I can look back and see patterns etc.. This helps if I am slowing down in the weightloss etc...

Anyway, congratulations and you are doing great!!!
Yes! I have been charting everything too...I'm a public health major and thinking maybe I can use this for a thesis for my graduate degree...LOL

We are all medical history in the making!

HCG and Medi Weightloss

Just wondering,

Has anyone ever done HCG and the Medi Weight Loss program together? I am so curious if the benefits of HCG would were well with the diet and shots of Medi.

If you have any information on this please share.

Also, I would like to know if any of your tried HCG and what the result difference were between the two programs?

Thank you and Happy Holidays.

I am doing this through my doctor. He adds many of his own extra rules and restrictions - I joke that he doesn't think it's hard enough!

Anyway, these are his instructions.

P3 Day 1 750 Calories (I added bacon and eggs for Bfast, rest of day 2 P2 meals)
P3 Day 2 1000 Calories (Kept the Bfast, added fat to one meal, last meal P2)
P3 Day 3 1250 Calories (Added fat to the third meal)
P3 Day 4 1500 Calories (Same as third day, just more of everything)

After that, I ate what I wanted - no sugar or starch, probably around 2,000 calories.

Also, he uses the 3 days WITHOUT hCG method of determining when P3 starts.

You'll have to try again - without stress and fear would be best!
I had a horrible time the first time stabalizing but I did this (today is day 4) and have NOT had a problem (knock on wood!) so thanks for the advice!! I think I just wanted everything the first time and this time I "zened" out and just added one at a time and wanted to thank you soooo much!!
