Anyone start exercise in P3?
Did it help stabilize or cause probelms?

I added Curves back in when I got to P3 (couldn't stand the thought of paying for it and not using it anymore). Didn't seem to cause problems. It probably helped, is my guess (especially with regularity).
I also walked in P2, and hope to continue Curves and my stairmaster during my next P2. |

Nope, not me. I did walk in P2 and continued it during P3. However, I have not yet gotten back to my "normal exercise routine". I am even in P4!!! I was hoping to start back this week.
