Let the loading begin...help???

Ok hcg sisters, heres my delima, I am loading this weekend. What happens is when I start the drops, I lose my appetite and don't want to eat anything.
This time I am making a list to remind myself what I want to eat.

What I want from you is your favorite load day items.........

A Blizzard from Dairy Queen; breve latte from Starbucks and a jar of chocolate covered nuts!!! My go-to loading items!!! Enjoy and have something yummy (and cheesy!!) for me!!

I suggest you graze throughout the day - instead of say 3 large meals that equate to being really stuffed. Load on high fat, low carb. Avocado, coconut oil, fatty meat, salads with Ranch and nuts. You get the idea. If you decided to have carby foods, do it the first day, not the second.

Thats my two cents!

And enjoy because this is what I call the honeymoon period. The real works when the marriage begins...P2!

Haagen Daz .... Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia ... Cheesecake .... Chimichanga from your favorite Mexican restaurant .... grilled cheese on sourdough with lots of butter on the outside and lots of cheese on the inside ..... buffalo wings ..... french fries (i know they are carby, but so delicious!) ..... natural peanut butter

I guess my new pellets are working already. Today is second load day and I am not very hungry. Yesterday I ate things I wanted but still was not that hungry. All the foods I have been craving for so long, just don't sound that good right now like I thought they would. I guess when you can't have them you want them and when you can have them, they don't seem so exciting anymore. I will have Mexican food tonight and then VLCD1 starts tomorrow for round 2. On a side note, do you know how hard it is to type on a computer with a dog in your lap? I have three dogs that fight over my lap so there is never a time when I don't have at least one dog and sometimes two in my lap. Makes it hard to reach the keyboard. Happy weekend to everyone.

See you make my point thats why I am trying to make a list because when I am not hungry I will forget to eat....
