DH got home from hunting camp early yesterday and wanted to go out for dinner. We shared some pick n peel shrimp and then I had onion soup. I'm still down this morning. We usually do go out one or two nights a week so I will continue to do so and try to make good choices on those two meals a week knowing they will not be strict protocol meals.

I will be right back with my inches lost. I plan to take measurements now, and then again after P3 and P4.

Although it is hard to measure, as the spots to measure change as one loses weight, I have come up with a loss of 22.5 overall inches...and I didn't measure as many places as some do. Now, I'll have to see if I lose more in P3.

Yes, It is! I have had a couple of days where I have lost little to none. Right at one of my set weights (170.4) I sat for 2 days.

Today I am down .8 to 169.0.so down total of 15.6

Question~
I started drops on 11/13, so 21 days from drops started would be this saturday, then I would have 2 days of VLCDs Saturday and sunday and start P3 on monday, Is this right OR do I not count load days as part of mt hhCH drop days and keep on until Monday to complete my 21 day P2?(which would actually be 23 days on drops)

I am thinking of going longer because I would like to reach 20 pounds down for my 1st round and that will take probably another week or so, I just haven't decided yet. Depends on how long my drops hold out.

So, after VLCD#2 I am down -2.2# for a grand total of -6.4# I posted my menus in my journal if anyone wants to read. I think this round I am stressing lots of water, tea, coffee and I know it definitely helps with the weight loss and craving issues. I was "snacky" last night but instead of grabbing the nuts I made some sleepytime vanilla tea and watched Rudolph with the kids.

Thanks, Gracie!!!! Actually, I am a little bit nervous about P3 and P4, but one never knows how things will go without trying, and I'm game.

Congrats on your excellent start to your P2.

Load days do NOT count in the 21 day min. You have to do 21 days of drops AND VLCD. So yes, you have to count 23 days on the drops.

Gracie~that's what I did last night too. As you know, I've become a night eater so I had chamomille (sp) tea instead to help me relax.

everyone else! I usually don't post here because it moves sooo fast and it's hard to respond to everyone but I'm going to be more active during this round. I started a new round and released 1.6 for vlcd1.
