Way to go you guys!!! We are doing great!

LOL TMB.

I made it through my hungry morning and had some beef and cabbage, Planning chicken and asparagus for supper. I have 2 packs of chicken breasts to weigh and cook tonight or tomorrow so I need to use up the little bit I already have in the fridge.

Awesome! I am also shooting for 142 this round. Funny, but before I started HCG, I told my husband I would be thrilled to live out my life at 155. Of course, at the time, I never thought I would ever see 155. Our deal was if I got there and held it for one year, I could have a tummy tuck! Eeeeeeee!!!

Doesn't HCG make things so much easier, I haven't even thought about a tummy tuck as I was always overweight but now I have hope.

At least I am starting off on the right foot. Maybe the 3 days of loading is better than the 2 we did in the 1st round.

My caffeine withdrawl comes from Diet Cokes. I love my Diet Cokes. I did not have one yesterday and I am shooting for not having any this round. Or maybe 1 or 2 on the weekends.

I don't drink coffee, but I drink green tea and it's OK. I'd rather have my Diet Coke!
5 pounds down that is excellent.

now for the fun part of the weight falling off. Are you still going to exercise?

This is my first post after lurking here for over 2 months now! I did a 42 day phase 2 round 1 and lost 27 pounds. I have survived the maintenance phase and am 2 pounds below my LDW. I can't tell you how happy I am. I have tried to lose weight for years and this is the first time I have been able to. I can't wait to start round 2 on Thursday. I did the drops the first time but this time I am trying the pellets, will see if the work, if not, I will go back to the drops. I just wanted to say thanks to all of you that have been posting. I am not much of a poster but I sure have enjoyed yours and been very encouraged by everyone's post.

Hello, I'd like to introduce myself even though I've lurked LCF for a while -on and off. I've started lurking more when I started thinking about trying the HCG Protocol; about a month ago. I started RX HCG on Thanksgiving Day and I'm on VLCD 3 today. I weighed 191.5 (preload weight) on Thanksgiving morning. I started VLCD1 at 193.5 and I weighed in at 189 this morning. I'm so excited to see the numbers go down as quickly as they have been. I've always had a hard time losing weight. I'd lose a few pounds on low carb/low cal plan then get demotivated and would then give up. I know this is the plan that will help me lose these unwanted pounds once and for all!

I've learned a lot on this forum and wanted to thank you all for it. I look forward to learning and sharing more!

Tell me about the pellets. I am just now reading a few posts about them. I am not familiar with them.

I really don't know much about the pellets other than they are the newest form of HCG. They seem easier and so far I have not heard anything bad about them, the few people that have done them seem to have lost at the same rate as with the drops. So I will give them a try. I hated to try something different because I felt I had such good results, I should stick to what I was doing but at the same time, they do sound easier then carrying the drops around when you leave the house and having to refrigerate the drops. The pellets do not have to be refrigerated.

I have been looking into them too, I am thinking of ordering them next payday.

The 'speedy' brand is what I am looking at as I have seen a couple that don't even list hhCG in the ingredients. I don't know if I will move to P3 next Monday after my 3 weeks on P2, but I will need more either way since my drops will probably only last till Monday. I suppose it depends on my loss these next few days. I have at least 30 more pounds to lose to meet my first goal weight. probably 40 if I want to go even lower. I will see when I get there.

I overate at dinner. Man, I was hungry! I had a beef fillet that weighed .70 lbs, and I ate half of it. Plus steamed asparagus. I didn't go over that much, but I feel like I loaded! I will probably regret it in the morning, but right now, it feels soooo good to be full.

I thought walking for one hour was okay? Or was that a recommendation on a non Protocol plan? Maybe I read it by Kevin Trudeau? Geez, I have been reading so many different things over the last few months...I'm going rummy! LOL

Walking for an hour a day is inevitable for me. I walk everywhere. I couldn't avoid that if I tried.

have you been doing it? it's recommended you keep up whatever exercise plan you've already had going. Per the Air Force I have to run 3x a week and I did fine...i noticed if i didn't drink enough water I would stall or gain so.. work it out lol

Second day on P2 went pretty well. I am down again this morning. SORRY but I'm still a bit leery if this is really working because of the drops or simply the low calories. I usually always lose really well the first week on any plan then it drops off to an extremely slow loss even when I stay strictly on plan -- so I guess time will tell!!

I made the cabbage and burger yesterday and really enjoyed my dinner! I love asparagus but after two meals of it on Sunday I really just wanted to gag at the thought of it yesterday so I'm so glad that I liked the burger/cabbage combo. I think I'll make some of that P2 chili this week too.

My DH has been off at hunting camp so it will be interesting once he is home tonight and I get back into the normal cooking for him. I did do spaghetti and dinner rolls for the Grandkids yesterday and it didn't seem to bother me.
