Since August I have fluctuated between 159-155 (only seeing that a handful of days), mostly my fluctuations have been between 157-159. I have lost about 16 inches overall this year though and have gone from a size 14 to 10.

I am still taking the drops two times a day (most days). When I take them two times during the day I am not really hungry at all which isn't necessarily a great thing because I wasn't too hungry before. I always vent that I am frustrated and I continue to be. In the past year since I began this journey my biggest mess up was drinking Amaretto with diet soda and not realizing how high in carbs it was. Other than that I have been low carb the entire time. When I say low I cycle between VLC to about 50 or 60 some days.

So I continue on.........
Have you tried doing Simeon's plan, or at least a version closer to it? ( I used his plan as my base--but added more protein and ate LOTS of veggies) That may be what you need to drop some additional scale weight -- esp. since you don't sound like you have a whole lot to lose!

Here we go again...

So I did great the first time I did this... lost 20 pounds, just lost another 10, and then thanksgiving came! Gained back 5! And I can't seem to start up again!! So, I thought I would try to post, and see if it will help me stay on track!

Sept 19th - 316.6
Dec 4th - 289.8

Total of - 26.8 pounds lost!!

Would like to be down in the 270's before Christmas! Still a long way to go, but baby steps! (=

Tomorrow will be starting back to the 600-700 diet. Oh, by the way, wanted to mention, other than Thanksgiving, I havent really gained any weight, which is a good thing!

Good morning everyone! I am still amazed at this plan, not only for myself but seeing everyone's results is so inspiring. I am down 9lbs in 6 days. Today was my first morning weighing in without a loss. I stayed the same so I'm happy stabilizing. I didn't check all my measurements, but I am down 2.25" in my waist and 2" in my hips

I have been tweaking around in my rogueness and have discovered that I can over-eat Melba so I'm cutting those out. Wasa is fine for me because they taste like cardboard, but give me some crunch. I also think apples will be limited for me and only in the morning if I do eat them. I do better with grapefruit. I worked a long day yesterday and we got pizza. I was starving so I ate the toppings off 2 pieces plus a couple of bites of the crust. I came home and had tea and a whole grapefruit. I know that's why I didn't have a loss, but I'm happy that I didn't eat all the pizza, then have dinner and a gain. I did resist the cupcakes that were brought in for a coworker's birthday!

I don't post much, but I am rooting for us all to do this and I love reading how everyone is doing and what tweaks work different people. Have a great day!

Just a quick update! I started R6 P2R (Rogue) on Dec. 4 and plan to have this 'round' be a continuous round until goal. Might take some 'breaks' or 'interruptions' as needed like Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, etc., but only a day or two, then back on track!

No more 'loading' either, just continuing my P3/4 eating which, by the way, put BACK 6.5lbs on me in one month's time! My lowest weight has been 201 so I don't 'count' weight that will be RE-lost ... so when I get lower than 201 I'll start recounting again!

Am adding strength training, 15-20 minutes 'activity' a minimum of 3 times a week, aiming for 500-800 cal a day. Time to quit dilly dallying and waffling around and GET THIS DONE!

I'm not pregnant anymore. Still in shock... this was our first loss after having 4 healthy pregnancies. I'm not sure what to think, I guess the timing wasn't right.

Hello rogue hcg'ers!

I have been following for a while with interest. I have completed a couple of rounds 2 years ago on Hcg Rx and lost 50 lbs, but have gone a long time maintaining and wish to really get on the losing plan once again. I need to drop at least 30 to 40 more.
I am curious if anyone is doing the non-homeopathic hcg such as is prescribed through a doctor and rogue also? I am sorry if I missed this, but these threads move so fast that I can't keep up.
Thanks!

Hi everyone! Wow, this thread is booming with all kinds of new (to me) faces! All the more people to keep each other motivated and inspired and uplifted!!

Marci - glad to see that you are hoppin' back on the train! Woot Woot!

So, this has to be a quick drop in for me. I am heading out the door....

I had a .4# release yesterday and a 1.5# release today. This is after having a few days of standing still (maybe one of them was a .2 release) but definitely things have slowed down. But come on...thi is the end of the third week and I am just now slowing down. That is 18.7# overall and today is VLCD 21.

Hopefully I can catch up more laterzzzz!!

KUTGW everyone! Let's keep rockin' this boat!!

Marci I will start loading on Christmas day and was wondering that when you take your breaks for Christmas, New Year's Day & Valentine's Day will you stop taking the hhcg on the day or continue the hhcg on those days and just eat what you would like to eat on those days? Do I make sense? I read where you can take an interruption for like 12-14 days (not sure if this is with or without hhcg) and just go back to eating protocol(or rogue plan)again.

Thank you for your repsonse or anyone's for that matter!

From what I've read, anything less than a 14-day break is considered a complete P2 break and you must restart another round. I have read experiences of some that continued with the drops straight through and others who have stopped the drops during the breaks. I am determined not to take longer than 3 days break at most and since this is my first time straight through, I will probably try doing both! In other words, one break I will continue with the drops and another break I will stop a day prior and start a day prior which would be quite a feat if only taking 3 days off! Almost not worth the effort! Honestly, I'll most likely just try stopping the drops during one break but really believe that it's not necessary to stop the drops even on 'breaks'. Guess I'm not much help there huh!

My personal opinion is that it is not necessary to stop taking the drops for such a small amount of time...... love how much thought you have put into this Marci!... Looking forward to hearing your results!

Guys, I'm just catching up with reading the thread and wanted to give a quick update for where I'm at now:

Today was a super low day, and a fast from breakfast, with the exception of a bit of coconut oil and a splash of dari-free milk. Finally - the raging appetite and hunger has subsided - it was tough keeping it only to a high day yesterday as well as the day before. TOM came way early, so I'm thinking I have been having a hormone problem, and my dosage of hhcg was too high for my second week. My second week, I lost all the benefits of appetite control and lack of hunger that I had experienced my first week. I'm off the drops for 24 hours right now, and will probably wait until tomorrow night to start up again - kind of following the Simeon's protocol for what to do with TOM there - because finally my appetite actually feels perfect right now, despite having been off the drops.

When I go back on, I'm going to have to play with my dosage, and likely will have to go lower. Perhaps it works with female cycles, and I'd need to increase it around mid-cycle. I just know now that whenever I have a lack of appetite control while on the drops - something is going on with my hormones, and probably my hcg dosage needs to be played with. I know that I shouldn't feel a lot of hunger or cravings while on hhcg.

I'm going to continue catching up now
You have an awesome attitude. Good luck on your journey!

Thin...so sorry for your loss...prayers to you and yours

Down .4 this morning...still moving in the right direction so I'll take it! I am not going to get bent outta shape for not losing a full pound or more a day as I am not being as strict as protocol. I am enjoying myself so I'll take a slower loss on a plan I believe I can stick to for the long haul.
Currently 181.6. Would LOVE to be around 175 at Christmas. What a gift to myself.

Hope everyone has a restful Sunday and great releases tom.!!

Hi everyone!

I want to say hi to this group, because I will be starting VLC tomorrow. I'm not new to HCG. I began HCG back in November 2008 and did a couple of rounds. My highest weight was around 225. I started HCG at around 218. I am currently ranging between 152-148. I have maintained this weight for about a year. Hopefully, my goal for this final round is to reach the 130s by New Year's.
I wanted to post with this group, because I have NEVER done the protocol exactly by the book.

So I just wanted to introduce myself to you guys and I look forward to speaking with all of you!

I am curious if anyone is doing the non-homeopathic hcg such as is prescribed through a doctor and rogue also? I am sorry if I missed this, but these threads move so fast that I can't keep up.
Thanks!
Great job on maintainign the loss!! I dont' know too many who have done the HCG and maintained for so long. It's great to hear that. and I look forward to losing together.

Nice losses, and good perspective. I'd love to keep losing this week, my 2nd since my "break". We'll see. Last time I cycled I stalled out in week 2 and then moved off to P3 in week 3. I really would love to lose some more this week before the inevitable stall.

Deb-Hi! Miss seeing you here more, but we understand. It's ok to have a life.

I'm doing well. No loss today, but no bernice for a few days and eating out probably is never a good idea while I'm trying to lose. I hope the scale goes down some more tomorrow. We'll see. Still excited to be at goal, and even more excited at the possibility of seeing the 140's as an adult!! I can't imagine!!

A neat thing I did yesterday was to check my "ideal" weight for my frame (large) and height. Apparently I am no longer "overweight"!! I was kinda' in shock when I read that. I've been overweight, obese really, all my life. I am so happy. I'm in my "ideal weight range" according to this site. Most sites recommend I lose a bit lower, but they don't take into account your frame size. I'm big boned and pretty muscular, which helps hide the weight when I'm heavy, but makes me weigh more when I lose. Anyway, just thought I'd share that!!

Thank you! I admit that it was not an easy road and it still isn't. This diet taught me a lot of stuff about myself when it comes to food.

I actually wasn't going "rogue" on purpose, but back then HCG wasn't as mainstream as it is now. Nobody really discussed doing the diet, so I just went off what I heard others were doing.
Here is what I was doing and what I am going to do on this round:
1. Consume 600-700 calories. I went over that quite a few times.
2. I stopped weighing my protein. Hand size is fine.
3. Eat extra protein if needed.
4. Always mixed my veggies.
5. I had up to 2 diet sodas a day.
6. Did not stop using my shampoo and lotions.

It worked for me and I stabilized fine. I figure why fix it when it's not broken!
