I'm totally going to do it if I don't lose all the weight I want by the time I finish breastfeeding. My girlfriend has lost like 48 lbs in two rounds and she is TINY! Good luck Molly!

Pink Lady's are the best apples ever! I could eat them every day! I just wish they didn't have to many carbs in them so I could eat them everyday!

Granny Smith all the way! Yum.
I like that it is tart.

I usually toss slices with lemon, paprika and sea salt.

Sometimes I'll spread some PB on it

But the best way is just plain!

My 2nd fav is the Fuji.

Since I get to pick them from my neighbor's tree every summer, I mostly enjoy Granny Smiths. But when I worked at an orchard, I ate other varieties. Red Delicious taste best to me about 2 weeks before anyone thinks of picking. They are a bit tart and starchy, and crisp. After that - no thanks. Fujis taste pretty good too!

I am a little leery of adding apples in, will see how I do on the losses. I gave them up and started losing. But I did like this recipe - especially for me, a grazer.lol - I can nibble on apple throughout the day with hot tea. I love the cinnamon. It is very seasonal and I love it

P2: Apple Chips (as told by blondyjo on youtube)
INGREDIENTS:
1 apple - sliced
2 pkts stevia
1 tsp cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Lay out apple slices on a cookie sheet (i use parchment paper)
3. Mix sweetener and cinnamon in a bowl.
4. Sprinkle on apples
5. Bake for 15 minutes

I've never had a honeycrisp, but I think I'm going to buy one tomorrow and see what the fuss is about...they do look huge compared to my beloved pink ladies.

They are really juicy, I figure if I can have 2 apples a day and size doesn't matter I might as well pick a big one.

Just one apple a day. An apple and then another fruit from the list. We are not supposed to have the same foods 2x a day, we are supposed to mix it up. (I know that is true for the veggies and fruit, not sure about the meat, but I do 2 different meats every day too just to be sure)

If I have 2 fruits a day I have been having apples but now that there are christmas oranges out I will have one of them in the evening. Most days I can only get one apple in as I am not hungry after supper.

Depending on my day sometimes I will have the P2 chili for lunch and supper but usually I will have 2 different meats and veggies.

I will have to pay attention to my eating maybe I can lose more if I stick with the protocol
