Yes, I know I'm losing well when I post a lot. You ladies help keep me on track.

Don't worry about the past...we just brush ourselves off and keep going!

My VLCDs resume tomorrow. Thinking tuna salad for lunch and a lean grilled burger for dinner. Time to defrost another turkey too for later this week.

How do you make your tuna salad?

It's not very exciting since I do the 500 calories a day. One can tuna, one teaspoon mayo, one teaspoon apple cider vinegar, some dill and onion powder. Maybe some cayenne also. Served with chopped celery or served on celery. Sometimes a few drops of stevia for a sweeter taste.

It's totally not exciting but really lasts and keeps me full.

So you're doing the 500 cal but doing it rogue? Right? Sorry, I have P4 carb overload fog brain and can't recall much! LOL

I make my tuna with the spicy "mayo" dressing recipe. Gives it a bit of a kick. I love tuna salad! It's great on my wasa!

Yes, my 500+ calories is mostly protein...usually lower fat proteins, and 2 veggies - no fruit no melba. I let myself have fat but have to limit it to keep the protein I feel good on.

This round I'm doing VLCDs Monday thru Friday, and will enjoy maintenance style P3 on the weekends. By the time Christmas rolls around, I should have completed at least 21 days, so I can compare my results to past rounds. Hope it works, cause it sure sounds fun to me! Friday was my first day, and tomorrow is my VLCD 2.
