Thanks, Stevie!!!! I didn't mind the work, but I was, basically, working there Full-time...for FREE, and it got old...REAL FAST!!! It feels good to be done with it ...especially using the gas for the 70 mile round trip...without getting paid for it. On a positive note, the Director DID write a very nice Job Letter of Reference for me.

Happy Turkey day!!!!

I just want to say hi to the group. I have done HCG in the past. I used to post on the old 2008 HCG thread. My little short background is that I started the protocol back in November of 2008. My highest weight was around 225. I did a couple of rounds and I am now currently around 147-150. I have maintained for over a year at this weight.
I started a new round. I am on load day 2 with VLC starting tomorrow. I hope to reach the 130s by the end of December.

I look forward to talking with all of you!

Nice to meet you!!!

I am SOOOO happy that you made this post. There have been so many people stating their concerns about "how long people keep off their weight after staying on P4." You are a testament to how this protocol helps to "fix" your metabolism. Good Job on keeping it off for a year!!!

I'm sure that you will meet your goal!!!!

Nice to meet you, Leisha!!!! Looking forward to watching your journey here on hcg, or hHcg. Hopefully, you will "come out of the closet" , and quit being a "lurker," and join us.

No Microwave:

(This is, usually, my dinner...eaten in my car before class)

Tilapia, broiled, eaten cold
Cucumber, diced w/ apple cidar vinegar, garlic, and dill
apple
Grissini

Microwave Available:

(This is what I ate at lunch while doing my Internship)

Chicken Breast, broiled (I cook large quantities at a time, & individually pkg. them)
1 Tomato, or Cucumber, diced w/ apple cidar vinegar, garlic, and dill
Cut-up Strawberries
Grissini

Today is a mini-load, and then I hit it again tomorrow. Have a great day!
Your dip, and the crackers, sound REALLY good!!! Enjoy your Thanksgiving!!!!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Today is load day #1 for me as I prepare to jump back into P2 for a 3-4 week round. This is round #3 for me. My LDW from R2 was 153.2, and this morning I was 157.2. I struggled to stay within that 2 lbs. window, but I can accept being up 4 lbs as I begin my next round.

Have a great day everyone!

I always have to have my coffee first!!
Remembering to not eat or drink before or after my drops is hard, especially since I am pushing water so hard.

My drops finally arrived so I start tomorrow. I have prepped some loading food for tomorrow (I'll spare you the details).

I actually feel that loading is going to be really hard for me. I've been eating low carb for quite a few weeks and don't really have a huge appetite. I'm probably going to drink a lot of my fat in order to get enough down.

toomuchbooty. While loading, THINK FAT, go easy on the carbs. I ate too many carbs and not enough fat in R1, won't make that mistake again in R2.

Welcome, and enjoy your journey!

Chouter, enjoy your load ~ I wish you much success for R3!

As for me, I'll be doing a short round (R2) in a couple of weeks finishing up just before my Jiu Jitsu class starts.

I would've liked to try the injections for the convenience, but I couldn't afford them. Everywhere that I looked, they were hundreds of dollars. Enjoy your weight loss with this protocol. I, initially, lost 15 pounds with low carb...starting in mid September. Then, I decided to try this, and have lost another 21.6 pounds (virgin) on this R1P2. So, together, since mid-September, I've lost about 36 pounds...not too shabby for 2.5 months....AND....it's not over with yet. (It's not over, until the fat lady sings)

I think that you'll enjoy the results of the protocol.

I didn't lose much. But, suprisingly, I still had a loss....and I'll take it, and be happy with it, after such a big loss yesterday. Plus, I ate 4 deviled eggs yesterday, and all of my handed down holiday recipes are made "by taste".

R1P2 VLCD #36: 199.4

Weight loss (post-load): 24 pounds
Weight loss (pre-load): 21.6 virgin pounds...after 35 days of being on VLCDs

Weight lost since yesterday: .2 pounds

R1 goal: 197;or less (2.4 lbs., or more, to go )

A loss is a loss!

I'm up, as I knew I would be. I'm OK with that. I celebrated, and now I have to pay the price. The upcoming weeks are going to be hard. A new job, travel to Chicago for a week, Christmas. I really have to start working out a plan to stick to protocol.

Is the Chicago trip for training? What is your degree in? I think that being really busy helped me, as I had my packed food, and that was it. I'm sure that you will do fine.

Yep, training. My degree is geology, but I was hired for microscopy work. The week I'm gone I might do a modified protocol with lots of salads (can get anywhere) and dressings on the side.

Down another 2.75, plus guzzled my 128oz water. Had chicken, shrimp, cabbage, cucumber, lemon, and orange all within calorie range and cooked appropriately.

Gonna go look up the P2 chili. yum

Have fun on your training, make sure you eat and get lots of sleep you don't want to be stressed.

WTG!

I indulged yesterday, and I am up 2.2 but overall I am STILL down 12 pounds so I will just deal with it starting today and hope it doesn't take too long to get thatoff, and that all the suger doesn't trigger a bunch of hunger issues.

It will come off, and you've been doing so well, I wouldn't be surprised if it only takes a day, or two.
