Oh not on homeopathic drops...I'm on the rx drops i mix myself and do sublingually twice a day. Are most on the drops already mixed? I found it cheaper and i liked that i was the one mixing them and that it was rx...followed mamaclok's vid's on youtube

I think many of us are homeopathic drops rather than Rx.

I don't think my doc would write the Rx and I wouldn't even know if the Pharm would carry them on hand. NO clue how I would go about getting them.

48 hours with the homeo drops or does that include the rx drops? I do the rx but it's drops not injections. It hasn't been 48 hours yet but my stomach is growling!

If you are starving I would bet that the hcg is out of your body. You can add some extra protein and see if it helps. Don't torture yourself!!!

Today is day 2 inbetween p2 and p3...dr simeons says it takes 72 hours till you start p3....why do i feel like i'm already starving! This has to be in my head right?! My stomach growled all day yesterday and I drank a lot of water/coffee to stop the rumbles!
TOM is scheduled (per my pillpack) on wednesday...maybe thats the reason im extra hungry?! I didn't cheat at all during the 40 days of vlcd...yesterday i had a pork rind, 4 almonds, and a bite of my husbands horseradish cheddar slice...WTH?!!
I didn't gain but dang! It's gotta be because i'm that close to p3 right and cant wait?!
Anyone else go through this on those 3 days or am I crazy?!

Heather
I was always hungry the last 2 days (with hHCG drops you only have to wait 2 days; 3 days is for injections) too. I would transition a little - cream in m coffee, sour cream on my chili, etc. those last 2 days. That's what worked for me and I didn't gain wildly. My last 2 days were always 0.2 or 0.4 over my LDW, but not too crazy.

This is exactly what I think, too. I really believe the hHCG drops enter and leave our systems much more quickly than 2 days. That is why loading is so hard - we are dosing AND eating fats, so obviously the drops are taking effect sooner than 2 days. I don't know how well that stands up to scientific scrutiny, but that is what I believe.

Sounds like a good plan. By the way, what day are you on? I know there are immunity issues with the real Rx hcg and not hhcg. That is why you can't go over 40 days with the Rx hcg.

I have a LONG way to go, but I won't do longer than the 23 days. It is too mentally tough for me....and people might get hurt.

I was like that the whole time too, my poor family. If my husband wants to eat dinner with me he had to eat steak....every night bless his supporting heart!

I believe the drops take effect immediately. I feel like gagging when loading!!! After I go off I can tell pretty much to the second the drops wear off - I am STARVING!!!! It's usually before the 48 hours too. I just add in extra protein.

Heather,

I have done two 40 day rounds with rX. I was not hungry at all during my 3 VLC days w/o hCG. I betcha $ it's because of TOM -he's like that. Either way, I don't think extra protein would hurt you at all.

Hope you feel better.

Thank you all you sweet people! I have had a really nice day. I did not eat until after 3:00 today because I rushed out to see Harry Potter and shop.
By the time I got home, I was starving. so I think hhcg is out of my system.

I made Cleo's cauliflower pizza but went light on the cheese. I am ok with that

Right now I am making Linda sues stuffed bell peppers for the week to munch on. So darn good! I get my veggies and protein.

Mindful,
hope you had a wonderful BD!! We have 3 November babies in our family and always celebrate on Thanksgiving. I like it

Checking in for the week and seeing how everyone is doing. Great losses going on in here! Peggy, love the new avatar! Happy Birthday Stevie Renee and a belated one to you Stacey! M is doing well after finishing up her third week in P4. Weighed in at 168 lbs. this morning, so a half pound under her LDW. This week will be the big test with Thanksgiving here. Everyone have a great week, wishing you all big releases!

This week is starting off REAL good !!!! Yesterday morning, my alarm didn't go off, and I jumped up just in time to get dressed, pack my lunch & dinner, and leave. I didn't even weigh myself. I was gone all day, and didn't return home until 10:30 pm. Sooo, I was thinking...good...I should be under 200...for sure...by today. I have stuck to protocol, haven't cheated once, and today when I got on the scale, I WAS surprised....a gain!!!!! This had better get moving in the right direction soon. I wouldn't think that I'd have such a long stall, and even gain, at an old set point? Has this happened to anyone else?

I am, also, at the very end of my first bottle of hHcg. I will be cracking open a new one today. Hopefully, this is the problem.

Not surprising when you had such a long and what sounds like a stress filled day. I know I didn't eat enough yesterday and I am UP 1 lb this AM. Fluctuations UP happen. It will come down again. Hang in there.

L&F you are really truly my hhcg here for as long as you have hung in through this stall. I agree w/torister about the hectic stress filled day being the reason for the gain. I am new enough that it would crush me!

Anyone else have a lot of fatigue? Not just the muscle and joint aches, but I have been in bed by 9 every night and up around 7-9!

2 days this week I was up at 5 but that was NOT by choice. I generally get to sleep until I am ready to get up, but right now I could easily sleep 12 hours a day!

The gain is most likely from not enough sleep, the stress of everything going on in your life. The weight will drop, it seems that you always get a good drop when you catch up on your sleep.

I have been really tired this last week since I have started again but our weather is really cold here so I am sure that has alot to do with it. I have been going to bed by 9, 9:30 but I am up at 6:30 to get ready for work.

I remember when I was so close to onederland - it took forever to lose that pound!!!! It's like our bodies know we are entering a new decade!!! Don't worry, you will get there. If you read my journal I did a "modified steak day" and it whooshed me into onederland. I had coffee/tea/water all day and for dinner I had an 7-8 ounce filet mignon and sliced tomato. I believe it netted me a 2 pound loss right into onederland. You have done so well - look at how far you've come already.

Congrats on the weight loss!!!

On the fatigue, what supplements are you taking? While on protocol I take B-12, multi-vitamin, potassium (4 tablet/day), and biotin. I did have the problem of waking up earlier on hhcg - not sure why? Maybe the excitement to see the scale
