Hello everyone!

Hello! My name is Heather and I'm currently on R1/P2/D41 and these last 3 are just dragging by.
I went from 156.6 to 134.8 and still have about 10 more to go or so...we'll see how I feel
I had a love/hate relationship with P2 as everyone does...I was getting chronic stomach aches before I started and now I've had 2 during the last 41 days. I also thrive on structure. That's the love part. I miss some food, not necessarily variety because I can latch on to food and eat only that but just eating lol!
I can't say I've had a problem with my weight but I got married/divorced really young went up to 186lbs...joined the AF went down to 125. Had Garrett went up to 196lbs...down to 125. Had River went up to 202lbs, was diagnosed with hypothyroid (gained 12lbs in a month while preg and ate really well during this preg) and now I'm on my way back down to hopefully 120-5. I love to workout and I ate pretty well, I am a good maintainer when I get there...but losing the weight is really hard and now I know it was hypothyroid.
hCG has been my godsend. I was working my butt off and it was going nowhere! I'm thinking of doing another round christmas being loading but we'll see how p3 goes.
Excited and nervous about all the choices out there and how sugar is so hidden in everything and I can't seem to catch up with it

Nice to meet ya'll...I'm just looking for a lot of support and looking to give it!

where is the protocol thread? still getting used to this website lol...i use *********** too but seems like no one is really on that much and i get kind of addicted to researching and reading!
