Question regarding DH and his lack of sticking to P3
DH did the 23 day course of HHCG that ended on November 10th. A few days later he left for vacation with the guys. He will be back tomorrow and I know he will be crying the blues about how much he gained. He lost 20 lbs on P2. I am positive he had some sugar and starches on his vacation.
Should he jump back into P2 and act like it was an interruption and complete another 23 days(not sure about that #) of P2? Or should he continue on to P3 and just be more careful? He does want to lose more weight and did want to go back to P2 but wasn't sure when. I just want to be prepared for when he starts whining. |

Just an FYI......if he wants to go back to P2, he does NOT have to do another 21 days. He can just do enough days to get back to his previous weight. I would wait and see what the scale says before deciding what to do. If he wants to try losing what weight he gained (it may not be much) by doing correction days, protein days and low carbing it may be possible to get back to his LDW. I am much more antsy about the slow weight loss though. I want it gone now!! Therefore I always jump back to P2 when my weight gets too high.

Thanks you guys! I think I will recommend that he goes back to P2 right away or do the drops and low carb (no sugar or starch).
I will see how he feels and what he gained. Thanks again! |
