1st Post: Questions
Couple of questions since my MD isn't real knowledgable about the medication she put me on.
I am now starting my 3rd week of P3. Am I to understand that I am not supposed to be losing weight? The only thing my doctor stressed was to not gain more than 2 pounds from my ending weight at P2. I did have to do one steak day last Sunday (which worked like a charm), but have lost another pound after that. I am eating what seems to be a ton of food, protein at every meal and at least one of my snacks is cheese or pistachios. Just want to be sure. I'm hoping to start another round after the holidays. It's so nice to look in the mirror and start to see "me" again. |

In the original Pounds and Inches he states that you are to not eat starches or sugars. That is what I go by!! And yes, the rule is also to not go 2 pounds BELOW OR ABOVE your LDW. So if you go 2 lbs below you have to be careful. The key here in P3 is to set your new weight not to continue losing. You can do that once you reach P4 or do another round.
Congrats on losing and doing so well in P3!!!!!!!!!! ![]() ![]() And yeah to your 1st post too!!! ![]() |
