QUICK! HELP ME!! HCG Chili recipe???
It says it is only for 100 grams of beef... so if I was making a whole pound of beef, I would have to multiply all ingredients by 4. That seems like A LOT of spices. But is that right????
Also, do I drain the little bit of fat I have in the pan???? |

Yes, and Yes
I make mine in 1lb batches also, and end up dividing into 5 servings. I usually end up adding more than the listed spices, and some different ones to taste. |

I made my daughters the simple way. 3 lbs. of ground meat, 2 cans of garlic roasted tomatos and a can of hunt's chili sauce. Divided this up into equal portions and she ate it twice a day until was gone.

I do it like this:I buy my ground beef in bulk (pricing is better) and when I get home I divide that into 7 oz. chunks and freeze it. My chili gets one can of Hunt's Fire-Roasted tomatoes per 7 oz of beef and I divide that in half. I also use a cup or so of broth instead of water.
I make about 1 cup worth of spice mix at a time and just pour some in when I make it. I don't measure spices anymore. I have been adding a tsp. or so of Sambal Oelek for some spice and some liquid smoke for a smokey flavor. I have it every day. I don't drain any fat off, but I add almost everything at the beginning (spices, broth) and it all cooks together.
