Please jog my memory~ Do I have to wait a certain number of minutes

before and after taking my drops to eat or drink?

I thought it was 15 minutes after taking your last sip of water that I could take the drops. But I could be wrong. Can someone clarify for me?

Yes, take it 15 minutes after eating/drinking, and wait 15 minutes after. I actually do wait 30 minutes after to eat or drink - seems to work better on my hunger.

The not drinking before hand is difficult!! How much does it affect you if you only wait like say 5 minutes after you drink to take your drops? I'm fine on the waiting afterward usually - it's the before that's getting me.
