skipping p4 with homeopathic hcg?

Hello all, I've read that with the homeopathic hCG it's okay to go right back into P2 after P3 once you've stabilized, skipping P4. Do any of you have experience with doing that and how did it work out for you?

I've never done P4, and each round has been just as effective. I have done extra long P3 before.

It's really up to you. If you need a break from the weight loss...then take a full P3/P4. And look at your schedule pretty hard for when you want to do P2.

To add on to this question...I am going to finish my first P2 next week..plan to go into P3 until the first of the year (I can handle low carb through the holidays, but can't handle P2 during them).

Anyway - the question is this - I'll be in P3 for about 5.5 weeks - do I LOAD again before starting P2 or just right in?

If P3 is over 2 weeks, you are supposed to load again. Congrats on completing your first P2!

Another question if anyone knows....if you know you are going right into another P2 (R2P2) after the holidays, how critical is it to stabilize during P3 (R1P3)? Could I eat LC (similar to Atkins induction) and not worry if I continue to lose weight or should I try to stabilize at my LDW (which will be next week) before I start another P2 (R2P2)?

edited say Welcome to LCF!

Stabilize is important
I would scale watch and stick to the rules of no starch, sugar.

When do you start R2?

Thanks for the welcome! I lurk here a lot and you folks are so supportive and nice. I get a lot of good information from all of you. My last day of P2 (including VLCD w/ no dosing - doing HHCg) is next Tuesday. I've been pretty successful, but really struggled with hunger the first week or ten days Proudly, still never deviated from protocol. I am currently down 15 lbs with 13 to goal. Anxious to get there, but want to do this right, so I will stabilize. Going to start my next round right after a Christmas day and day after load!

Well start posting and stop lurking!

Congrats on the loss! I had some hungry days too. I think we all do. We just muddle through. I upped my protein at one point and that helped. Come over to the protocal threead
