Sharing my results here with you:
So round results for 21 days (my modified high protein Simeon's plan):
Weight -> 167.6 to 156.4 11.2 pounds lost
Body fat -> 38% to 35% 80% weight lost was fat.
Inches - 13 inches gone including:
above bust 36 -> 34.5
bust 41 -> 40
below bust 34 3/4 -> 33 3/4
waist 36 1/2 -> 35 1/4
belly 44 1/4 -> 42 1/2
hips 44 1/2 -> 43
arms 12 1/2 -> 12
thighs 24 1/4 -> 22 1/2
calves 15 -> 14

My average weight loss was .53 per day. Actually a smidge higher than the first two rounds (.48 and .47). Considering this was really the continuation of round two technically, I'm thrilled. I am so happy I did not carb load! It made such a difference in how I felt and how fast I got to lose fresh weight.

So putting it all in perspective, I have lost 35 pounds with hcg since July 9th. Including earlier weight loss this year with Atkins, I've lost almost 48. Just 36 more pounds till goal.
Wow, Paula!! You've done great! You're in the 150s!! It must feel fantastic!! Have you shared before and after pics here? I'm sure we would all love to see pics.

I chuckled to myself because I know hcg would get anybody to their goal weight at any age.
Isn't that wonderful? That's what I love about having found hcg, is knowing that I can use it if I ever put on any weight in the coming years. And to redistribute the fat. I see people everywhere who are not really overweight but have some area of their body that's holding on to fat. I'm thrilled with knowing that I don't have to end up with a round middle in my 60's.

Here's to all of us looking HOT! I'm looking forward to being a hot and healthy 45 year old in 2011!!

[waving to the other homeschoolers! I homeschool two boys, almost-14 and almost-9]

My progress: down .4 from yesterday for a total of 6lbs in 6 VLCD days.

I've lost 4.6 lbs in the last 5 days, after my week long stall. The scale with the higher number shows that I have 17 more lbs to go.

Glad to hear you have had some losses
CJoy - WTG on breaking your stall!!

I'm still working on getting back to my HCG low of 213.1. I was happy to see 214.9 this morning esp since I ate candy and cookies last night. Why did I do that?! I'm definitely need to cleanse myself of sugar to get rid of the cravings, but I'm hosting bunko on Friday and making cookies to have with tea after the games. I need to steer clear of sugar. I ck'd if it is an inflammatory item and it is. I have fibromyalgia and I can tell that it has made me stiffer. I try to stay away from red and processed meats too. This is a good read about meats and such that inflame our bodies: Anti-Inflammatory Foods - Controlling Inflammation with Anti-Inflammatory Foods

I've still got a long way to go, but I am thinking the same thing. The HCG really takes away the hunger and the fat. LC alone is not easy for me to do long term, but having the berries and apples with this plan really help.

I've been slacking the past two weeks in making cooked chicken in different flavors to put atop romaine for dinner that I enjoyed in the beginning and I've been eating pkg'd turkey and KFC breasts without the skin and it's not good for my inflammation or diet.

Thank you so much. I have some clothing that would look much better with a few pounds off. But that is OK. Most of my jeans from last winter fit and I can breathe in them. And every other round I have done and called goal I have actually been 114. So it is a very attainable number for my body. Just the timing is really poor right now!! I have next year though. I thought you were going to P3 on Weds...same as me??? Did I read wrong?

2BMe, You know that you'll get it off as long as you lay off the sugar and starches and drink as much water as you can

At one time I thought I had fibromyalgia with all sorts of unexplained aches and pains. Turned out I was literally allergic to alcohol as I broke out in hives when I would drink. Finally, I got it all figured out after years of suffering, I stopped the alcohol and the fibro went away as well as the hives. Imagine that! So, in the last 6 years I have quit drinking, smoking and now I'm in the process of losing all of the excess weight I've gained over the years. Not to mention raising five children who are all adults now. DH and I officially became empty nesters about 6 months ago

I guess if you were going to cycle back I do it now, if not wait until after the holidays?!?! I just can't be on the juice during the holidays ... I even look at a cookie and I gain ... I have ALOT of will power (we all do, to do this) but I'm thinking Christmas would be just too hard!

Good Luck .. keep us posted .. AND I'm secretly hoping you stay in P3 for selfish reasons ... like your menus and food pictures!!!:blush::blush: As I'm there in 2 more days!!!
It took me several weeks to stabilize in P3, i did a TON of correction days. Good luck Chouter!

I'm totally underwhelmed. First day's loss ... .8 lbs. Wow.

I know it's because of TOM, but still. Ok, I'll stop whining now. I really haven't been hungry at all yet. I'm very happy with my food. I have been missing the simplicity of it. Just wish fresh strawberries weren't so hard to find and expensive.

Going to deliver $3400 worth of Boy scout popcorn today. Oh joy. Can't wait for TOM to leave. I don't like myself when he's here.

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: coffee with stevia
Lunch: Chicken and tomatoes, grissini
Snack: apple
Dinner: Lean round steak and celery, grissini
Dessert: sliced strawberries with stevia
TOM is still trying to stick around. I hate TOM when I'm on HCG it's all out of whack! I hope TOM leaves soon!

Good for you! Those are amazing accomplishments!

I just haven't had my head in the game this round. I'm making excuses and cutting corners, and I know better! (too much tea, artificial sweetener, and enjoying my walden farms!) I'm seeing my losses slowing down, but I'm also close to my goal. I was even hungry yesterday and today and I wonder if it's because I'm down to where I'm getting or if my bottle is bum. I'm still using my old bottle from last round. It's almost empty, so I'm going to switch to my new bottle and see if that makes a difference. If not, then I'm going to say my body is where it wants to be, and I'm okay with that! But I want to make sure first, so we'll see!

Thanks! I figured it was time to update. Not only am I five years older now than in my first picture, but I am also about 40 lbs. lighter!

Still struggling with P3, but it's slowly coming back down. A couple of more days of clean eating, and I will be back in my 2 lbs range. Eating lots of eggs.

joflora, I'm anxious to read about your experience with the smoothie in the next day or two, because if you have a positive report, I may just have to try it but will have to get past the green part. Meat gets old and I get tired of eating it everyday. I like a eating non-meat dish every now and then.

Thank you to everyone who posts here. It's so encouraging to see your losses and think I'll be there one day too. Joflora, I would love to lose around my neck! I think it's the part I hate the most. I have a friend who's 40 pounds larger than me but has this beautifully defined jaw line and no double chin. I want my jaw line back. I want to be able to look down or sit back without my face disappearing into my neck. I hope it's one of the first places I lose from, as well as the boobs - these babies get so annoying! Right now my neck measures 16.75" and the girls are 45.75" (with bra).

I'm in R1P2VLCD6 and this morning was down 5.6 pounds virgin fat, 6.8 post-load weight. That puts me at 196.6 and I'd like to get down to whatever weight I am when my body has told me it's burned off all the extra fat, wherever that is. I'm curious to find out!

So glad to join you all!!!
Sorry for the late , but it is just as sincere!!!!

You just made my day. Not too bad for nearly 54 years old, but then again, a cut and color can work magic!

Weight -> 167.6 to 156.4 11.2 pounds lost
Body fat -> 38% to 35% 80% weight lost was fat.
Inches - 13 inches gone including:
above bust 36 -> 34.5
bust 41 -> 40
below bust 34 3/4 -> 33 3/4
waist 36 1/2 -> 35 1/4
belly 44 1/4 -> 42 1/2
hips 44 1/2 -> 43
arms 12 1/2 -> 12
thighs 24 1/4 -> 22 1/2
calves 15 -> 14

You did great!!!!!

I'm totally underwhelmed. First day's loss ... .8 lbs. Wow.

I know it's because of TOM, but still. Ok, I'll stop whining now. I really haven't been hungry at all yet. I'm very happy with my food. I have been missing the simplicity of it. Just wish fresh strawberries weren't so hard to find and expensive.

Going to deliver $3400 worth of Boy scout popcorn today. Oh joy. Can't wait for TOM to leave. I don't like myself when he's here.

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: coffee with stevia
Lunch: Chicken and tomatoes, grissini
Snack: apple
Dinner: Lean round steak and celery, grissini
Dessert: sliced strawberries with stevia
.8!!!! That's GREAT!!!!

Hope that you had fun delivering ALL of that popcorn.....which...by the way....sounds very good!!!

That is what I am most concerned with---a good stabilization. I wish y'all a great Tues. I am on my way out the door to buy some TheraFlu. It is my all time cold remedy, and I don't care if it is sugar free or not!! I just want to get (and feel) better!!! I will catch up on posts from the week when I get back.

I'm sorrythat you're not feeling well!!!!

Hope that you are well soon!!!!

2 cups water
100g lean steak, cut into small cubes
1/2 tsp "Better than Bullion" beef base
1/2 tsp sambal oelek (ground chili paste)
1 clove garlic crushed
3 small bok choy heads, chopped

Bring the water to boil. Add the steak, beef base, chili paste, and garlic. Bring back to boil and then simmer until the meat is tender to your liking. Add the bok choy and cook to your liking. I prefer it to have some crunch still so I just threw it in the pot, turned off the heat and covered it for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

This actually made more than I could eat so next time I'd probably 1/2 everything but the meat. I ended up adding another bok choy and taking the rest for lunch today.

Sorry for all of the repetitive posts, but I feel bad that I am not here to support all of you like I would like to be.

I REALLY have got to get to my homework now...I can't go to bed until it's done.

So, if I missed someone's post, hello to you, and I hope that you had a very nice day!!!!

Tomorrow will be worse than today, and won't let up until Friday evening. I will check in every morning, but don't know how much responding I will be able to do, and I just wanted to apologize in advance.

Happy releases!!!!
