I will just keep reading about what works for ya'll and immitate until I find what works for me. Guess I have time to get this weight off - as they say, I didn't gain it over night.
YOU GOT IT!

Finally ordered my drops today. I was going to order the thinkhcg ones, but the smaller size was sold out. (ARG!) So I went with intermountain. Crossing my fingers they get here soon and they work!!

Now to get lost in the threads again to prepare for when they get here...

I love before/after pics, too. They really motivate me, as well. I posted (or attempted to post) on the results thread. One of the gals on there helped me, and posted for me.

Thank you, Deb! I can't wait to see how I do, too!

I'm in an I-hate-meat phase, so I can't do it by the book. I'm hoping cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, tuna fish, and eggs will work for my protein.

Checking in late again.. but here are my stats for today 11/8/10... I'm up .4 lbs. today... I knew it would happen.. because I at (2)8oz steaks and 2whole eggs w/butter and green beans yesterday... I WAS HUNGRY...

I'm back on track... sort of.. I'm having 2-chicken wings (daggg.. I didn't know wings had that much fat in them... and were that many calories)... welll I'm going to still eat and enjoy the hell of them.

Hoping to atleast get the .4 lbs. off tomorrow... I think 2nd week is my slow week... so I'm not going to sweat it this time around.

Hope everyone had some good losses today.

So, I got my hHCG drops in the mail today when I came home from work at 1pm. I had eaten some bacon and cheese at Breakfast and a tenderloin, no bun, at lunch. My curiosity got the best of me so I went ahead and did 15 drops. I have not eaten another thing today and have no appetite at all. Is this for real? Is it the drops or just a fluke? I am continually hungry so I have to think it is the drops. If it is, this is almost too good to be true!!! I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. I had planned to do Atkins 72 induction with the drops, but if this is how they work, maybe I could survive on 500 calories a day!

Hi-things going better. Have been using protein shakes with no carbs-This is about day 4 of really getting stricter-day 1-2 shakes about 200 cals, day 2-2 shakes, some chicken broth with shiritake thickener-probably 250 cals, day 3-1 shake, 2 oz fish, 6 oz steak.about 450 cals. Today, 2 shake, 2 oz chicken-maybe 360 cals, hardly any carbs any of these days.
I'm not planning on staying with it this strict, just trying to shake things up a little. I took a whole bottle of drops, lost about 16 inches in size in 4 main places, but nothing on the scale. Felt really detox all 6 weeks. I was taking about 10 dropsX3=30 a day. New bottle says 6drops 6X a day-that would be 36; Instead I am going to take 20 drops twice a day-and I am feeling better, a little more energy, not so queasy. I never have been hungry while doing this, and haven't been eating much, but feel that there was just too many carbs for me in the first P2-after 2 weeks I dropped the fruit and breads and upped the protein and fat, but still couldn't get rid of the water weight-hope it goes now, ketosis is coming back.
I am using drops from a different company now, from Colorado. First bunch was through a chiropractor from somewhere on West Coast.
I have been to a MD and had some lab work and xrays done, doesn't seem to be anything significant showing up.
Thanks for all the input, I'm going to keep hanging in there, maybe a couple higher cal/ low carb over thanksgiving-like a P3 but think I won't stay there too long, sure would like to have some real progress to show by Jan 1.

I love it when people discover the drops.... YES appetite suppression is a wonderful effect. Try the 500 if you want to, see if you like it.. if not you can always add more to it!... good luck and enjoy!!!

That is just the strangest thing about how many inches you are losing and not the pounds????.. odd!.. But hey if you are getting smaller, then that is all that counts!!... hope you continue to feel better!!!

I did not get an extra hour , that's ok though. I didn't have to change any clocks I think that work is highly overrated, btw .

pmartin-that's not much of a gain given all that food yesterday . I think you're shooting for a record!!

I just had dinner. Hot italian sausage and ground beef w. a bit of spaghetti sauce (made Dreamfields pasta and sauce for the fam). Yummy! I overate though. I was full at about 4oz, and went ahead and ate the remaining 3oz (guessing). It was really good, and I'm guessing took my calories up to about 800 for the day. That's ok, I'm shooting for under 800, so right at 800 will probably be ok. As long as I don't gain tomorrow, I'll be ok. Wed. would make a nice loss if I maintain tomorrow. I'm so full!! Compared to what I used to eat, I'm amazed that I'm full with that little food, and considering it "over" eating! I hope the new habits I'm developing stick with me.

Have a good night's sleep. Happy melting!

So I did good today - lunch was leftover chicken and broc stir fry, then an apple ( not low carb, but healthier than a Twix bar!) around 4. Tonights menu for kiddo was chicken fried steak, fries and green beans, I cooked my meat with no breading and with a slice of Swiss on top, and green beans. I'm full!

Oh, and just out of curiosity I tried on jeans that hadn't fit in ages - I could button 'em, but not zip. They went right on! Whooo hoo!

I don't know what's in those drops, but I like it!

Oh wow so many new faces.

Everyone sounds like they are on track and chuggin along on the losing train.

Deb, I wish I lived somewhere anywhere where they didn't change the clocks. Its stupid if you ask me. I found out the only reason it was done was because some US President was visiting Paris and found out they did it so they could work during the daylight and save candles. Pfft. Don't we have electricity now? All it does for me is have me up at 4:30 instead of 5:30 and in bed by 9.

Jen, your rogue plan is kinda of like mine. I mix veggies, eat cottage cheese, drink crystal light and don't measure my protein. So far so good for me.

I can't remember who asked about the drops but I have always taken 10 drops 3 x a day and its worked for me and I have had two different brands. So I guess I am not much help.

Hey BetsyAnn, I don't know where it has been, but it sure was kept underground.. at least I never heard of it.. except for NEEDLES.. and I dismissed that right away..... seems an unfounded fear, but I still prefer the drops... and I ALSO watched every HCG video out there... they are wonderful motivaters! The first big ole thread has a few videos in there too..

ENJOY!!!

Oh, and just out of curiosity I tried on jeans that hadn't fit in ages - I could button 'em, but not zip. They went right on! Whooo hoo!

I don't know what's in those drops, but I like it!
Wonderful job!!!!.. aren't the drops awesome!!!

BetsyAnn.. ENJOY THOSE VIDEOS.. they are awesome!!

Angela... That is too funny about the time thing.. I had no idea!... YES we do have electricity... duhhhhhhhhhhh....

I ate waaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too much yesterday... I am feeling less strict this week for some reason... I am not sure why??. In any case, I stayed the same weight.. I think hitting ONEDERLAND.. was such a big thing for me, I am just kinda coasting this week.

That was not my plan.. but it is working out that way on day 11.. oh well.. I have lost well so I am not bummed or anything.. being able to MAINTAIN is also very important to me in this final journey down the scale!!...

Yesterday ended up 1890 cals... yet only 25 carbs... so I didn't gain off those cals.. plus the juice is such a help!.. I SWEAR!!!...

Did my 15 min on the eliptical and died... tonight I have to do 16 minutes... that last minute I add everyday is so hiilarious to see me doing... my husband laughs at me everyday.... that skinny fart...

Everyone have a great day.. My PLAN which I rarely stick to... is... less than 1200 cals/ kinda P2 eating, no bread. We shall see!!

Hi to all the new people starting

I ate like a porker on sunday, I had a proper sunday dinner at my sisters beef, creamed/ roast potatoes, stuffing balls, cabbage, mushroom, onion and gravy. I ate some more crap later that night and decided to stay of the scales on Monday. Weighed today and down .2 so for eating like a normal human being I consider that a huge win

Deb...I love seeing that you beat your previous days exercise time each day, your going to end up a "lean mean exercising machine" keep it up, your body will love you for it!!

I lost 23lbs doing Simeons Protocol in August.Went Rogue in P3 and ended up in P4 for 2 months.I gained 5lbs over that time and blame it mostly on going from 500 calories a day to 2500+.I have been back on the drops for 4 days w/o dieting and am down 5lbs.I am going to see what happens if I continue to eat P4 style on the drops...I have noticed my appetite is smaller already but I'm not following the recomended foods list.I'm eating Cream of Wheat and toast for Breakfast today.Yogurt w/ apples and Turkey for lunch, and pork roast w/ veggies for dinner. We shall see...Dh says the 5lbs look like 10+ and I will say they are all off my waistline.
