Maybe something in a pill form? I tihnnk Nyquil has pill forms or liqui gels, that doesn't sound liike it would have very much (if any ) sugar. Or Contac maybe. Tylenol cold and flu may have a SF variety for diabetic, but I am nor sure.

Plain mucinex pills are a good option. Hope you feel better soon!

There are sugar free cough drops also that are fairly soothing.

Even the sugar free medicine has an artificial sweetener in them, I thought we were only allowed to have stevia?

I'm sorry its kanthill I spelled it wrong...I was told about it by our yoga teacher who was so happy to have found something without sugar..I just googled it and found this company in Queens NY...Not sure where you live maybe if you have good health food stores you can find them there..

I have nothing to do with this protocol, but I saw this and thought I would remind people that recent medical studies have shown NO cough medicine does any good. So you are better off just not taking any. We were all sold a bill of goods! LOL

Currently I am sick with a cold and even on P2 I have taken Sugar Free Cold Eeze as well as a tea I have found called "Cold and Flu Time" by Triple Leaf Tea. I am also taking chicken broth as well as fresh garlic--nature's antibiotic!!--and extra vitamin C. These would all do well in P3 as well. I also managed to find a sugar free TheraFlu yesterday and took it last night to help me sleep. It was awful tasting but did the trick!! I just want to feel better and you have to do what you have to do. I am very "anti prescription medicine" and won't go to a doc just for a cough. I have found the naturals take care of things. Even lemon in some hot water will do you some good!!

Yeah the only cough syrup that ever worked for me is the Rx with codeine. That stuff is awesome---but full of sugar. The OTC stuff is worthless, imo.
