What are you taking?

What's is it supposed to do/reason?

What Phases can it be used in?

I am taking 2 potassium each day and a vitamin B12, I may up my potassium to 3 per day as I was feeling quite achey last night but I am putting in more physical work at my job right now.

2 Biotin pills (I started losing a lot of hair towards the end of my last round)
4 potassium pills (stop leg cramps)
1-2 magnesium pills (help entice Bernice to visit)

Biotin, Magnesium capsules ( not tablets. These are a LIFE SAVOR for bathroom issues.But note I said caps. The tablets just never worked for me) vit D, potassium, probiotics.

I usually take niacin and fish oil but cut that out for now.

biotin 2xdaily probiotics, multivitamins lifepak nano I only take 1 dose..ashwaganda and kantell oh yeah and perscription meds too...Just noticed this morning 2 of my meds say take with food now I don't eat breakfast maybe I'll start to take them after lunch..I did stop taking hydrochloized with all the water I am drinking I don't feel I need it...and I am doing yoga but not exercising...

My clinic gave me a B-complex/multivitamin and an antioxidant. I took those every day, 2x a day.

In addition to that, I took/take:
Biotin
Potassium
Magnesium/Calcium in the form of "Ionic Fizz"-- a super yummy powder that you mix w/ water.

During my next phase 2, though, I may add in my fish oil and vitamin D -- just as extra precaution against all the icky illnesses that go around this time of year. If they seem to stall me or make me gain, though, I'll cut them out.

8g natural calm magnesium (for sleep and to keep things moving)

This is what I've taken daily for years (except the magnesium- I added that b/c of advice here). By the time I realized I should have probably ditched the fish oil I was a week in and losing fine so I've kept taking it. If I stall then I'll probably discontinue for the remainder of phase 2.
