Day 4 hCG drops questions.
Alrighty. well this is day four and my appetite is well under control. I am doing just fine with 500 cals. I am using the 3x brands of hCG drops you can buy on sites like Amazon. I am wondering if 10-15 drops is enough per day of the 3x because I've found info that says do 60 drops a day of other brands. My other question is about meat portions. I had slight difficulty properly weighing beef because when cooked it weighed down to about 50-60g, it's lean not extra lean beef. So what I did was heavily washed the beef to remove fats, and then added slightly more to match the weight of the extra lean ground chicken weight after cooking, which is about 65-70g.

I am not quite sure of what you are asking, but what I can tell you is this:
1. I take 10 drops of my Hhcg 3 times a day. So yes, that is a total of 30 drops a day. 2. I weigh my meat before cooking. I weigh out 100 grams. The only meat I have weighed AFTER cooking is the chicken and that comes to 2.5 oz when I am done baking. So that is the only variance I have noticed. Why not weigh it before cooking? |

I also take hhcg 3x a day, about 10 drops each time.
Weigh before cooking. And don't weigh food when they are frozen! |
