Anyone have a P2 shrimp recipe using shrimp?

I'm craving a big bowl of soup for dinner. I have shrimp out, and have all the P2 legal veggies. Anyone have a shrimp soup recipe?

How about shrimp in chicken broth and garlic with braggs, or soy sauce and either cabbage or asparagus or spinach, like a won ton soup! I was going to try something like this with bok choy, but wasn't sure it was P2 legal.
Good luck, Love those shrimp!

That sounds great! I think I'll add some rice wine vinegar, liquid aminos, hot mustard and crushed red pepper! Ginger if I have it.

I've tried ground chicken meatballs and fennel soup with ginger and loved it so much I'll probably eat it in P4 too. I think fennel might be a little carby for P3.

I liked chicken broth ( or fish broth if you have it) with sliced celery with simmered till they got soft but not mushy, then add the celery tops, and spices to taste like dill and pepper and greek seasonings and then chop the shrimp into bits and toss it in after the heat is off. by the time I'm ready to serve myself, the shrimp has cooked to tender but now chewy. Even BF liked this weird celery soup I made. I'm glad I made extra for him or he'd have eaten my whole meals worth!

I use clam juice broth with just old bay seasoning to make a shrimp soup. you can throw in whatever veggies you want I suppose. I eat it as is.

The real recipe calls for clam juice, butter, old bay, and worcersterchire but that would not be P2.
