So do you keep repeating this cycle until you reach your goal or...

Do you lose some weight, continue on low(er) carb and amp up your exercise??

I am just curious, I haven't even received my drops in the mail, but trying to get a feel of how people are using this plan. I know there is a waiting period before you can do another round, I am curious how many people have done it more than once and how many people were able to use it as more of a springboard to a healthier WOE??

I have done 3 rounds of Hhcg and have reached my goal. 45 pounds lost. I am currently finetuning the stabilizing part. But hcg is the only way I have found (FOR ME) to lose weight. I have been an Atkins girl for 11+ years and do really well maintaining, but it just didn't work out for losing for me.

It's not just calories in/ calories out. I also spent 3+ years maintaining on Atkins...would gain weight if I ate over 1500 calories (and that at 200 pounds).

HCG has made it better for me. After my first round, I was able to eat 2000 calories per day and maintain by the end of my P3. I highly suggest doing at least 3 weeks P3 and strive to maintain after your round. My results are quite a bit lower than most people here, but I am still losing more than ****** says I should based on calories in/calories out. That matters to me!

I know a few people have moved on to lowcarb and losing after P2, but I am really happy with the quick weight loss, and then being able to maintain. So I will get down to goal with my 'tweaked' version of Simeons, and then maintain for life with Atkins.

I am on my third round and will probably need three more to get there.
