You ladies are all doing GREAT...I can't wait until I get to start.....loading that is! Just kidding I am trying to be on my best behavior so I don't have even more weight to lose. If all goes as planned I should start loading on Sunday
I just can't to decide if I want to eat bread/potatoes or just stay LC while loading? |

kathy Just coming off of induction and into this plan I was afraid to load not knowing if this even works....May I suggest-Load and load. Get it all out of the way. Happy loading! jabbok You know what that sounds like a good idea to do the drops at 7-1-7...That just might help a lot ty ![]() I have been doing them at six-twelve-four. Go to bed starving..... |

I am still full from supper so the only thing I have before bed is a cup of tea, I am not hungry when I wake up. When I was taking my drops closer together I would be hungry when I woke up. So try adjusting your drop schedule to see if that works for you.

jabbokI am gonna play around w/it...My hunger time is at night.
I am not hungry in the mornings and can go till twelve or one for lunch just fine...Then when four comes around I am ready to eat...And end up going to bed w/hunger pings.....But I dont wake up hungry. I think eating a little later and spreading the drops out like you said is a great idea. I might even try to eat dinner a little later than five and see how that goes to. |

![]() I love logging on and seeing how much each one of you has lost overnight ![]() I am down -1.2# That's -5.4# after 3 vlcd's. I'll take it and run!!!!I am making lunch right now and it's a little "off" protocol but I'll let you know if it affects me at all. 100 gm lean ground beef 1 whole green pepper gutted crushed garlic melba diced tomatoes I am making a stuffed green pepper and it smells DELISH!!! Praying it doesn't stall me and I will make sure to drink extra water. The only thing off protocol is the green pepper. I was craving it so bad!!! Only the scale will tell the tale tomorrow ![]()

I posted a comment on your menu in the menu thread we have going. First off, I saw that you skipped a fruit. Getting too little calories on this plan could be as bad as getting too few. Second, I also saw that you ate cauliflower. That is not on the original list of approved veggies for P2. Maybe you can find something else you like that IS on the list??

Good luck with the green pepper Gracie. I am going to keep an eye out to see if it works. When I ate green beans on my first round I lost with them!! So I think you will do great! I don't like green peppers so I will not be trying them on my P2. But I hope it gives you more options. And best of all, remember what Biz says about the first week of P2........you cannot go wrong!!

This is quite a journey we are on!! You have to find out what works for your body. It is all a balancing act and we have some investigative work to do on our own bodies. Some of us will be sensitive to the Grissini therefore skipping it. That is fine!! Some won't be able to eat cabbage or shrimp because they gain on it. I skip the celery because I just don't like it. It is all a big mystery when we begin and when we find out the food combos that work best for us---victory!!! I still have not even tried an orange because I have heard it stalls people out and it is not my favorite fruit by far. But we have them in the house always. LOL. My family loves them!! I have done well sticking with my other choices. Some will find they lose best while sicking to low calories and some find the closer they get to 500 the better. It is not a one size fits all diet--even though it seems as if it is!!! Sometimes I have to remind myself of that too when I try and figure out why some are skipping some of the foods!! ![]()

R2,D31(interruption or P3,D2??
Weight on VLCD#1: 175.8 Yesterday's weight: 161.6 Today's weight: 161 # below VLCD #1: -14.8 lbs # gain/loss from yesterday: -.6 lbs Another loss. Really weird. I ate so much more food yesterday. Finally remembered to have breakfast! Still haven't gotten the new drops in and haven't decided whether or not I'm going to call this an interruption or P3. I am really enjoying the food, not trying to lose weight now but I am anyway. Go figure... Couldn't lose a lb to save my life eating P2. Now it's falling off in P3. I don't know what to do. Yesterday's menu: Breakfast: coffee, 2 eggs scrambled with onions, peppers, and mushrooms Lunch: 2 small hamburger patties with pepper jack cheese Snack: handful mixed nuts, plum Dinner: Grilled pork steak and cauliflower with cream cheese and chives Dessert: yocheese with sliced strawberries and slivered almonds |

I am hoping to be done on Mon with my P2, but 116 has been my set point in the last 3 rounds I have done. I have had to do an apple day to get past it every single round I do. If that happens this time around then I may extend it by a few days. But next week sometime I will be in P3. |

![]() ![]() ![]() Soooo. lesson learned... the drops I got were not good!!!!! I don't know why... maybe bogus to begin w/, went bad enroute .. I don't know ... they were not good!!!!! I was eating 500 calories w/no hcg help ... AND I was feeling it! How I figured it out ... yesterday I took my rx (I have enough left for approx a week but opted to try hhcg after a strict P3 9 day interuption because I wanted to extend my round) and poof no hunger, energy back etc etc. No loss today but I'm hoping the rx hcg needs to get to a theraputic level?!? Again today, I'm feeling totally fine!!!Won't be doing that again!!! It's nice to be back Now, to catch up w/all of you! |
