She is not yo-yoing. She is fluctuating within her window. She will NOT stay the same weight each and every day. I can stay on plan and gain 3 lbs overnight from TOM. It happens.

Have a great day!
Noted. Thankfully, she was back down to the 165 today!

Koo, I wouldn't stress either about the 2 pound cookie weight. Just be sure she eats clean and it will disappear.
Thanks! Congrats on the pound loss today!

# gain/loss from yesterday: -.2 lbs

So after all that food (fat), I still lost.

I don't know what to do. I ordered some new drops last week before I decided to move to P3. I feel like maybe calling this an interruption and finishing the 40 days when the drops come in. My body seems to be jump started. I really think I was in starvation mode before because maybe the drops were not good. My body is really liking the extra calories and fat right now. I am amazed that I'm not gaining. But I also feel that my body needs a break. What should I do????

(background info: I am on round 2 and between days 19 and 28, I lost nothing and experienced extreme hunger. I decided to move on to P3, even though I really wanted to finish the 40 days. I did not experience this at all my first round and suspected the drops were somehow deactivated. I've eaten P3 style for the first 2 non-dosing days(Mon and Tues) and lost both days. My body feels like it's thanking me for the food!)

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: Coffee
Snack: 3 sausage links (left over from kid's breakfast)
Lunch: Big salad with bacon, cheese, tomato, and ranch
Snack: apple with Walden F caramel dip, slice pepper jack cheese, handful mixed nuts
Dinner: Cheesy Chili Chicken, brussel sprouts with bacon and butter
Dessert: peachs and strawberries with HWC
That is what it was like with M! Your menu sounds great!
I am down only .2 this morning to 177 lbs. I decided to measure this morning and I have lost 6.4 inches.
As long as you are losing inches it is all good!

Day 17 155.8 (-1.1)
Day 18 155.3 (-.5)
Day 19 155.5 (+.2)
Day 20 155.6 (+.1)
Day 21 155.3 (-.3)
Day 22 155.3 (-0.0)

Day 24 156.3 (+2.0)
Day 25 154.8 (-1.5)
Day 26 154.2 (-.6)

This is when it gets really, really hard to stay on protocol. I am hungry, some days I am starving. It is difficult to keep going. But I know if I go to P3, I will miss even *trying* to lose. I so wanted to see a new decade this round, but I haven't even hit a 10 lb. loss yet, post-load. I am as confused as you are.

Frustrating!
I feel for you. Why not just do your two non dosing days, see if you lose any on those days and if you do jump back in with the drops. You may just need a break.

Now on to 2 days of no HHCG...yikes! We start P3 on Saturday and we are really looking forward to a trip to Vegas next month. We are approaching P3 as sort of an Atkins + fruit diet.

The plan is to stick to P3 through Thanksgiving and then do our load days on the Friday and Saturday following the holiday. We will be doing a 23 day round of P2 next time as well. These last 10 days or so have been TOUGH!
34 lb. loss, awesome!

Hi y'all! Everyone is doing great, and even those who had no loss or (gasp) a gain are working hard and things are happening that we don't see on the scale. I generally lose, lose, gain, gain, lose etc. And it seems like on the days where I struggle with energy/hunger I lose the next day.. like a reward for making it through the rough patch.
I'm doing OK after the interruption. Down like 5 from my totally not P3 binge Friday. LDW was 140.6 and I am 138.6 today, trying for about 134. I wanted to be back in P2 just through the weekend but not sure if I"ll make that number.
Keep plugging away! And all that talk of soups makes me REALLY want P3 again and make a big veggie soup. yummy.

I know that the days when there are no losses it must be a little defeating , but then, you seem to be having 2+ pound losses the day after not losing anything this round. This must feel great!!!!! Have a good day at work!!!!

2 days ago, a friend told me: "Your pants ARE getting loose!" I started with low carb (Induction levels) at 235, and changed over to hHcg at 221. So, in a relatively short amount of time, I have lost 22.2 pounds. I guess that my pants should be, finally, looking a little bit looser!!! LoL!!!!

Nothing fancy! I just heat 2 cups of chicken broth and add the 1 egg plus the 3 whites that I have beaten with a fork. I love it!!! You can add various spices or even your celery for a veggie (have to try that next time) to make it exciting, but I am a plain jane kinda gal and normally add nothing. This last time I added a dash cayenne pepper. Quite tasty!!

Jabbok, for some of us it just slows. It has really slowed for me, too. I have come to face the fact that I don't lose faster than average on this protocol - Dr. S said a -0.5 lb. loss per day is average (over the whole round), and that's where I end up at.

-0.6 loss yesterday (I didn't report in yesterday) and I finally did drop -1.0 lb last night. I'm within 0.8 of my LDW of last round finally. I'm still down 12 lbs (post load) and 10.4 ls pre load, so I feel pretty good on VLCD 11. I usually slow to an average of -0.5 lbs by the end of my round.

jabbok No-no more light headedness.....yay! It seems to have stopped w/the headaches.
I still get the hunger feeling? I am thinking about dropping the fruit and just letting myself go full blow into ketosis so I dont have to feel the hunger.
I know its just my body working on losing the weight so I deal w/it.

So sorry.

Are you off of your drops while TOM is there or do you keep doing them?

Interesting question! I am on hhcg and I took them when I had mt TOM and had small losses. I thought you only stopped if you are injecting the real stuff?

Well, finally I have a loss! 1.2 lbs released! I have finally hit a double-digit loss this round. I upped the number of drops. I have always done 8 drops three times per day, but I upped it to 10, and seem to be doing a bit better. I will keep it up a few more days and see if this does the trick, or if this is a fluke.

Day 20 155.6 (+.1)
Day 21 155.3 (-.3)
Day 22 155.3 (-0.0)
Day 23 154.3 (-1.0)
Day 24 156.3 (+2.0)
Day 25 154.8 (-1.5)
Day 26 154.2 (-.6)
Day 27 153 (-1.2)
