Hi all. I mostly lurk because there is so much useful info here. I had a very successful P2, then did 3 weeks of a clean P3 and could have moved into P4 last week but I'm not sure that I'm ready. (If that makes sense)

It keeps him and his wife happy and mostly at goal weigh for about a year now. I may try that this next time.
I look forward to trying Tgiving P3 style.
This is really interesting and something I may try. I'm not sure what to do to move on to P4. I mean, I know what I'm supposed to do but I'm not sure where to start.

Yay on your loss! If you're using the hHcg then the mint will "deactivate" or neutralize the homeopathic drops. I didn't use anything mint at all (gum, toothpaste) during my P2. I think some may use mint outside the 30 minutes they take the drops but I didn't want to risk the HCG losing its effect and wasn't willing to test it.

Your food sounds so good, that I think that I might have asparagus, as my veggie, with dinner tonight too.

This is my day, so far:

Water, Green tea

Lunch- chicken, tomato, apple, grissini

Anticipated dinner:
Tilapia, asparagus, grapefruit, and grissini

I definitely have to have my fruit during the morning, and then again at about 3-4 pm. If you do try the dose and are hungrier, you might then try to lower it by a drop. Sounds strange, but too much is as bad as not enough in that arena!

Looks good "Yum!" how much of a tomato did you eat? I havent had that yet.
I did not get my water in so much yesterday so I am chugging it more today.

Aggie I had thought about having a fruit in the mornings but I like it as a dessert...It's been to long not having it.

Peeing up a storm too...I bet?

I had 1 medium tomato, cubed up with a tiny bit of sea salt on it. I haven't had a tomato every day, but they sure do taste good. One thing. After being on low carb induction levels for so long...if I have a tomato again, I will have it with my meal that I don't have the apple with. I don't know why, because I haven't experienced any hunger thus far, but this afternoon...I was hungry? Maybe too much natural sugar from combining apple with tomato? Usually, I have cukes with the apple. And when I had tomato, I had the strawberries or grapefruit.

I take my drops at 6:30, 11:30, 4:30 do you think if I take my last set of drops later in the evening I may not be hungry in the morning?

I don't eat my apple for a snack in the morning as the fruit sometimes makes me hungry.

Maybe I should cut my drops back to 9 3X a day.

I take my drops (10 drops 3x's daily) at 7, 3 or 4 (depending when dinner is; like to have two hours of the drops before eating), then the final dose at bedtime. I try to keep the doses as spread out as possible, without getting up during the night, to keep the drops at a constant in my system.

Thanks I think I am going to change mine to 7, 2, 7 or 8 at night to see if that makes a difference. I am not starving in the morning just feel a little hungry sometimes my stomach will growl.

It does make sense. If you need to do a longer P3...you should! You can then move into P4. The time in between rounds should be lengthened with each round. There is no time table for too much....just too little...if you are following the Dr.'s protocol.

I was wondering about the mint too, but I don't use it anywhere near when I do drops.

I had a good workout at the pool today and am happy I have the energy.

I'm happy to say that my sz 20 jeans are getting to be uncomfortably baggy. I have some 18s I wear too, but they are not my fave. I don't plan to buy new jeans for a while though. I have plenty in my closet to recycle even if they aren't as fashionable.

Yay for your successes!!!That makes very good sense. My aunt did rxhcg two years ago and for P4 her clinic had her add a new whole grain/starch every three days. Started with like 1/4 cup of brown rice for three days and watch what happens, etc. She did very well on that and let me tell you she was so happy! She'd released about 80 lbs and had fought major weight issues for the last 20 years.

This is really interesting and something I may try. I'm not sure what to do to move on to P4. I mean, I know what I'm supposed to do but I'm not sure where to start.
Both plans sound good to me. My aunt's and my friend's. I want to get back to living my life and not have to do hcg every time I lose my mind

My aunt felt the same way. Always had her meal, then moved to the family room to really savor the apple!

I understand the fruit thing. I have heard others say that, too. I don't get to my last dose until at least 9pm, sometimes later but I"m not inclined to think that it makes much difference. Before this recent interruption, on the two days without drops, I did totally fine and actually felt better than I had on the entire last WEEK on them!! It was really weird.

YAY for than non-scale victory!! I, too, am amazed at how hcg reshapes our bodies. And for me at least it does it differently each time. My DH never knows what he will end up with

I know exactly where you are coming from with the P4!! It was my problem too. What to do...where to start......how to correct when you are out of your window! I have a great post I have saved (from another forum) on how someone else handled P4. It was introduce a new P4 food one day, something like a banana or a bagel at breakfast then change nothing else for the day, do P3 foods the next and then if there is no change is weight go ahead and try another new food the next day. It was alternating trying a new food instead of trying a new food every day. That way you can get a handle on any weight creep up, what works for you and what doesn't, and you can also take into effect the "2-day effect"!! You know where we say some indiscretions don't hit us until 2 days later! That is what I mean when I say I do nothing SLOWLY--that pace is too slow!! LOL. But I may just have to try it this time in order for this to work. Good luck!!
