Paula, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Woo hooo!! Way to go!
I feel your pain on th eslower metabolism. My sister, who has been "chunky" most of her life except when she went all salad for a long time and ended up with irritable bowel, was telling me that she has had that problem all her life. She eats small amounts and still gains weight. I feel really bad for her. She is rogue too though. She has been using the drops for about 2 weeks at a time, then she stalls and goes off drops, eats normally (for her) for 3 weeks, then back on the drops. She has lost 20 lbs
doing this and has just started her 3rd round. Good loss I would say!

Ally, I have the same issues with portion control. No such thing for me! I have been making things and freezing them so I don't eat it all in a day or 2.
I was lazy yesterday but wanted to try the chocolate delight, so I melted 2 TB. CO, added 2 TB Hershey SF choco syrup I had, added 2 TB chocolate PP. DON'T TRY THIS! LOL It tasted really good but had to be eaten with a spoon. I finally spread it on parchment and stuck it in the freezer. It was like eating chocolate ice cream, sort of melted in my mouth. So now I must forget that it is in the freezer......!

Have a great day everyone!

WOE: one day at a time!! LC!
Start Date: July 14, 2003 - every day!!
Mornin' all. Just checking in. I went a bit higher on carbs yesterday - fruit, salad, and a few tortilla chips in my soup. Not too bad. Could have been WAY worse! But, I'm up to 164.8 this morning and am happy to go back to VLC this week. Looking forward to losing again!!

Hope you all do well. BBL...

Congrats to you!!

I also need to work a bit on the body fat %. I was planning on focusing more on that when I get to goal, so that I will have more calories to work with and the energy to hit the gym and get some work outs in. I'd like to be around 23-25% and look toned when it is all said and done.

Hi j4! We are Point-er Sisters! 'Cause that's exactly what I'm doing - eating Target + APs and leaving the 35 WAPs untouched. And it's working! With what I loaded on, I shoulda been up at least 2.2 pounds, but I was down 1.8. That's a 4-pound spread, and I'll take it! You may find that you get a whoosh of hunger on the days you work out - the amount of food I need to knock back the hunger comes to exactly the # of APs I burned.

I'm here!

New day, new week, new month IS the PERFECT time to start "something"....For me? That "something" was back to P & I for as long as my body (but mostly mind) can take! I weighed in this morning at a WHOPPING 201! Yep. You read that right. 201! BUT I did load SIGNIFICANTLY this weekend. I LOADED SOOOOOOO WELL so I am sure I will see a good drop on the scale tomorrow morning.

I am hoping (keeping fingers crossed) that I can do P & I CLEAN til I get passed the 190s. My lowest was 191.5 and I want to surpass that doing clean P & I. As of this morning my heart and mind are 100% in the P & I game and I am hoping it stays that way. With such low cals tho, I'll be missing my workouts I will be doing purely yoga for a while. I have to.

Oh, one more thing....Altho' I managed to gain 10 lbs (that's being naughty for almost 2 weeks + eating clean days here and there + LOADING BIG TIME this weekend) I am still in the same size pants Sooooo altho' the scale showed such huge gains, I am sure the inches have remained pretty close to the same! I'll take it!

Here's to a great November to all of us! Hope we all lose weight and more important inches while not losing our minds

CONGRATS TO ALL YOU LOSERS as well as MAINTAINERS Those gaining (me) no worries, we'll go back down together!!!! WOOHOO!!!

FTR - Yep, I am doing clean protocol. No cheats and yep 500 cals

Missed y'all!!!

Morning everybody! Okay…I had to eat some humble pie today for my actions this weekend. The pie of course was LC  Here is what I learned about myself this weekend as I reflect. I enjoy lazy Sundays. This year’s Halloween falling on Sunday ticked me off. I have not had any problem controlling myself with candy and sweets. I allowed myself to have some candy on Friday and again on Sunday. I must tell you that I think sugar makes me angry. My uncle has this connection and I really didn’t believe it until I witnessed it for myself. I was angry and mean to my husband and even my 7 year old son on Saturday and Sunday. I literally felt toxic. I thought it was running out of the drops, but I felt great Sunday in the morning after having a low carb day. Then after I had sugar; I became mean again. This makes sense to me because I process alcohol into sugar right away. I am a mean drunk. So, I stay away from alcohol for health and personal reasons. I am glad that I caught onto this now than later. Does anyone else notice how differently they feel after having sugar. I had a really high carb day yesterday and do not feel toxic today, but I definitely feel irritable. I sent an email to my DH to let him know that I still love him and that I am sorry for how I acted last night. That was the humble pie I mentioned at the beginning of this post.

Thanks! Its actually a much more enjoyable P2 if there is such a thing than the last one. Last time my dosage was too high for the first week, but once I adjusted it things felt great. Still taking the same amount this round.

I am so sick of P2....and if I stay the same or lose less than 0.5 lbs tomorrow...I am calling it DONE and not injecting. I will be at the end of P3 for Thanksgiving and P4 throughout the lead up to Christmas and will actually be loading on Christmas day!!

Hello....I am so glad I found y'all!!

I tried hhcg drops in June....only made it 8 days....just too much hunger for me. On a positive note, I haven't gained back what I lost....I switched to ww and lost a little more, then the local ww meeting closed, have been trying to stay on track, but have veered off course and gained a few back....

I want to try to make a 21 day round of hhcg.....I like the thought of going rogue...I don't have to lose big numbers, if I could just lose 10 in 21 I would be thrilled to no end!!

I do have a few questions....my opened drops have been in the fridge since June...they have a mfg date of 5/2010, but for the life of me I can't find a use by or exp. date...are they still good or should I order new ones?? If I can use them, going to start loading TOMORROW, but if I need to order some will be after I get them.
Also, I am walking a minimun of 2 miles a day......I DO NOT want to stop, don't mind reducing the amount if needed, but it is important to me to continue this good habit I have started! So is it ok to continue? Do I need to plan to do less, or just listen to my body?
AND, I am slightly embarassed to ask...I keep seeing the reference of "juice"--is that just the drops?? If not, please share! I tried to find it myself by can't seem to...

And I remember a few of you from the Simeon's threads when I was trying it in June.....perhaps someone remembers me??

Thanks for any help!! Excited at the possibility of trying again and tweaking it so I can have more success!

Donna, Homeopathic juice does NOT need refrigeration and there is no expiration on them. Fire away and WELCOME to the Outlaw Hangout!

As to the walking, if it was me, I'd keep walking! It's SO good for you. And going rogue, you should not have the issues of hunger, fatigue, lightheadedness and such that some people experience with the 'by the book' VLCD. Just go by what you body tells you and by how you feel.

Yes the juice is the drops.. no they don't won't go bad from what I hear... Marci is correct!!.

Exercise if you want to , and listen to your body. I believe it will tell you whether you need more food or whatever it is. Vitamins, etc.

Good luck to you and happy loading!!....

As to the walking, if it was me, I'd keep walking! It's SO good for you. And going rogue, you should not have the issues of hunger, fatigue, lightheadedness and such that some people experience with the 'by the book' VLCD. Just go by what you body tells you and by how you feel.
I'm assuming the refrigeration hasn't hurt them??

I don't think it can hurt them. No expert of course, but I don't see how it could??....
