I MADE IT FOLKS!! I passed through the gates to ONEDERLAND!!.. not much of a loss, but I really ate a TON of food.. steak, chicken thighs, pork chops, and no veges or fruit yesterday. Probably about 2300 cals according to ******, but I was hungry and I didn't want to hurt my losses too much.

So ....199.4 today!...
WOW!!!... YOU DID IT... CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!... YOU DID THE DAMN THING!!!!!... WITH HHCG.

I truly know you FEEL wonderful no doubt... I know exactly how you feel cause I did that back in 2004 when I lost 90-lbs... lowcarbing and intense exercising... (but couldn't keep it off).. when I got under 200 (after being 261-lbs. then .. my highest in July 2010 was 286.6)... I felt weird, wonderful, excited and scarred.. but keep your balance.. and keep doing what you are doing now... and enjoy it... and thank God for hhcg.. cause being in onlander alone... is hard... but hhcg.. you will be just fine... to reach your ultimate goal.... of that I'm sure.... YOU DID IT....

LOL.. no offense cuz I agree... I looked old and haggard and washed out... I had some physical problems with almost losing my eyesight at one point and it really got me down... that and having to take steroids for it, and for my sinus stuff...
HOWEVER!!.. that is all behind me now and I do feel vibrant again... THANK YOU!

Thank you Deb. Needless to say, this past year has been an unbelievable emotional roller coaster with all the "first" holidays, birthdays, father's day. I was severely depressed for months and basically just gave up everything. My diet consist of cookies, cake, ice cream and salty snacks. It took no time, for the weight to pile on. When the fog in my head started to lift, I could no longer fit into any of my clothes. Even my "fat clothes" were tight. I refused to buy a bigger size so I went back counting points however that was not restrictive enough as I found myself eating entire boxes of 100 calorie snacks or several WW ice cream bars in one sitting. So I went cold turkey and cut out all carbs and started working out again. As always, no carbs worked miracles. Not a lot of pounds lost but I lost inches which gave me the motivation to want to do more and fast before the holidays. I Googled quick weight loss and came across HCG. I started reading all forums, ordered supplies and the rest is history. I was an overweight kid, an overweight adult with my highest weight reaching 330 lbs. I don't want to live the rest of my life saddled with medical conditions that I could have avoided.

Now I'm happy to be back near my all time low and looking to go even lower. We can do it!! It'd make your dad proud to see you taking control and doing so well! You'll make your Goal!!

Marci and Deb-thanks for the reminder!! I know it'll take a bit longer as I get closer to goal, and am glad there isn't any gain, but I've been so good!! Less than 800 cals a day all week!! Most days around 500cals. I really expected to lose. Hopefully tomorrow. I'm gonna' keep at it, and keep my cals <800 all week. I'd really love to hit 155 by next Wed. I think I can do it. If I lose 0.5 a day (the average) I will get there.

back Thin!! Glad to have you back losing with us!! I'll bet the scale won't be as bad as you think.

Ok, the Eagles are winning, barely, and dh is yelling at the TV, like most Sunday afternoons. We all went for a nice bike ride, played at the park, and now we're getting ready for dinner. Boneless/skinless chicken thighs in the crockpot w/ broth, celery, onion, carrots and seasoning. Smells heavenly in here . Have a great night!!
Thanks Julie! You're right my Dad was very proud when I lost all that weight on WW three years ago and kept it off. We would often share recipes and do "weigh-ins" whenever I went home to NY. He was definitely the only man I felt comfortable sharing my weight with

Ally, hold on to those memories because they good memories will get you through anything. I know how you feel. I lost my Dad when I was 16 (24 years ago) and I still think of him all the time and those special celebrations are still hard but I remember how he loved life and to laugh and love. I am sending you cyber hugs. I am sure you are making your Dad proud and he is watching over you.

No one's posted in a while and that is odd. Has everyone abandoned the board? I hope not the "experiement".

Regardless, I'm here and hopefully today is the start of a new and better path to my goal. I'm disappointed in my stats. They haven't changed since I got back on this board.

Hey all,
I'm a nubee to this site but not to HCG or dieting for that matter. I'd love to jump on the rogue HCG bandwagon

I have done two previous rounds of hHcg fallowing the protocol to the letter with a few cheats here and there. I found the 500 cals very hard to manage but I stuck it out and lost 35lbs. I became pregnant during R2P3 and gained all of the weight back and then some. 50lbs total..and I swear it was not from over eating. It's just my genes I guess. For all three of my pregnancies I gained between 50 and 60lbs. My older sis and mother are the same way. My younger sis just happened to get the skinny gene, lucky girl.

Anyhow, I just started R3. I followed the protocol food list except that I ate as much veggies as I wanted, added an extra serving of fruit and more protein. I'm still dealing with the pregnancy hormones and craving...not to mention being sleep deprived from being up with baby and my 2 year old. So I didn't think 500 calories was a good idea. I will say that since I've started the drops I've had more energy which always makes life easier.

Here is my progress so far:
Preload:212
Post load:220(ouch)
Phase 2(averaging 800-900cals)
Day1:214.8
Day2:209.6
Day3:207.2
Day4:206.6
Day5:207????

I usually don't lose this fast but I have never had a gain this quickly. I actually cut out my extra fruit serving last night and had a smaller protein serving so I'm puzzled although I am going to guess that it is because my body is rebelling against too few calories because it's not ready for that yet so I'm ready to try the calorie cycling. I must admit that I'm shaking in my boots for fear of gain but here I go.

Deb294evr,
I stumbled upon your first journal last night and read a lot of it which is why I'm giving this a try. It was very informative as well as entertaining love the idea and hope it works for me(fingers crossed) thank you.

You'll want to join one of the more current threads, this one is 2 years out of date. Welcome, and don't fret over a one day gain. It's probably water from salt or hormones, fluctuations are normal. I think I had a stall or fluctuation in every round...once six days long.
