See...now I feel bad...I thought of you while making those grilled cheese sandwiches, but I kept saying to myself, "Deb will understand" I slept pretty much half the day, woke up at 9PM starving....and the feast began!!

I'm skipping my weigh in today...will eat fish, veggies, and fruit and try my hardest to drink LOTS of water...its so hard to get it in during the weekends, unless I'm working out!!

Introduction and question please

Hi all. I have been reading through tons of your posts and was so happy to find you.
I too wanted to do the hcg (I am doing injections now but ordered drops) but couldn't imagine following the strict 500 cal diet for long.
Here is what I've been up to if anyone is interested.

11/1-11/2- Load days. Didn't weigh in first.
11/3- 204.6
11/4- 201.8
11/5- 199.9
11/6- 199
11/7- 197.6- The strange thing about this is, I cheated yesterday. For the first 3 days I ate around 600-700 calories, low carb, low fat. But last night I ate at Friendly's with the family. I had 3 chicken strips, a handful of fries, and a 3 scoop sundae. Expected a gain and couldn't believe it.
Back to low fat, low carb today though.

My question is about Dreamfield's pasta. Anyone use it with success??

Look forward to getting to know you all.

Sometimes a dinner carby meal will take two days to show up on the scale (it often does for me). Just thought I'd mention it.

Sounds like you are doing terrific. I mostly avoid eating out on P2...it's just SO hard! I haven't used Dreamfields, but I've used the shiratake noodles without any problems. Don't love the texture, but sometimes I want a 'fuller' looking plate.

Thanks Paula. See what happens tomorrow.

I think I'll try the shiritaki noodles again, but my first attempt wasn't so good.

The Dreamfields pasta is delicious. Just like the real thing. It seems like some people can eat it without any problems, and for some it acts like real pasta. I may have to do some experiments soon.

YEP.. its called shakin it up!... It works for ME for sure.. good losses so far!... I haven't had the dreamfields lately, but used it all the time when I was doing Atkins... good luck with your round and WELCOME!!

Experiment away!!.. This is the only way I found I could STICK to it, and continue to lose. It really takes time and patience, but is SOOO WORTH IT!!... good luck Stacey!

Stacey, I had not problems with dreamfields on Atkins, have not had them since then though... experiments are great things!!.. good luck!

Stacey, I have not tried Dreamfields but I have shirataki noodles in the fridge I just bought on Friday. I bought the yam and the tofu ones to see if I react differently to them. I will let you know what happens.

Well I must pat myself on the back. I went up to the store this morning to do my football picks and get a coffee. I wandered down the candy aisle and had a dark chocolate bar in my hands, then I snapped back to reality and put it back. Why the heck would I buy it because I have a whole bag of halloween candy here that I haven't touched at all. Doh!

All Hail the Queen of the HCG Experiment, we are so ! You know A.T.W. Simeons must be doing triple back flip, handstand, split in his grave knowing that 500 calories isn't the only way to succeed on the HCG diet . . Congrats on entering ONEDERLAND and may you NEVER, go back to those terrible TWOs :

I'm so happy for you, I know what a huge milestone that is and I can't wait to join you there!!! Since I leave tomorrow, it may be a couple of weeks before I actually get there, I don't know how well I'll do while I'm gone, but my plan is to keep the damage to a minimum. :blush:

Okay, question for everyone. How many people are exercising while trying to lose? When I get back, I was thinking about joining the gym, but I wondered how that was working for everyone?

My overdo didn't do too bad, I lost another 2 pounds in the night. Maybe running through the mall all day with my 12 year old wore off the calories.

Welp, I'm hooked and I will finally reveal, I'm only 18 pounds away from TWODERLAND! Then I can say "twodles" to the 300 pound mark! LOL.
