I was thrilled, yet sad, this morning to finally see the 80's. 189.8, but it is still in the 80's. Next mini goal for me is the 70's. I don't know why, but I was hoping to see more gone today. I was good yesterday, but then again.....not perfect!

I am still a bit scared to do the drops with more calories, but I am doing it. I still havn't had a "big" calorie day, but I am sure my cals are not small. I stayed totally lowcarb yesterday with the exception of some beans in my chili.

So far, so good though......right?

Be chattin with everyone today!
Welcome to you!!

It is exciting to break into a new decade. Very motivating

I am doing low carb w/ the juice, but varying my cals in a purposeful way. Lower on some days (600-700 cals) and higher on others (900-1200). I only have 7 lbs to get to goal and these are always the slowest going.

I find that the low carb just does a better job of keeping my hunger in check. But I think the "juice" helps my body let go of the weight.

Then I don't plan on starving....but at first will mainly add extra proteins and veggies(oh, plan on mixing them all I want! Such a rebel am I!!!) Does all this sound like a good place to start??

I see many of us are around the 200 mark....I got below with my short round in June, then got to just below 195 with ww. Then back up a few, and currently 199.4 this morning...so not wanting to see it go above with loading....but hopefully if I do it won't be long...my weight has been wavering between 197 and just below 200 all week. But I will be like Terilyn and have small goals...my first goal will be the 180s..and I'll take 189.8...sounds sort of like a dream since a few months ago I thought I would be to the 160s by Christmas...not sure if that will happen now, but I'm SURE I will get there eventually!!
I have a busy day so might not be back til tomorrow.....you ladies keep it calm in here....oh, well, on second thought, just go on doin' what your doin'!!
Sounds EXCELLENT!! can't wait to see how you do!..

WOE: one day at a time!! LC!
Start Date: July 14, 2003 - every day!!
Kept up on the reading, but can't reply to all my fav rogue peeps!!

You're all doing great!! I think some of your losses are WAY bigger than the Rx strict protocol folks who are very *proud* of their losses. I can't believe some of those numbers. 12lbs in 5 days!! WOW!!

donna-your plan sounds good, a lot like mine. I'm doing 2 weeks at low calories, then a week higher, then 2 weeks again. More or less . Working for me so far.

blue-I hear ya' on the slower losing. But losing is losing You're so close to goal!! I'll bet you're looking great!!

I'm down to 160.8 this morning. If I'm careful all weekend I hope to see the 150's by Monday!! I am off the pork/sauerkraut. Even though it's yummy I don't think it's helping the losses. The protein shake is great, and had one last night even though I wasn't even hungry!! I'd like to get to 155 by the time I up my cals back to P3land. We'll see

You are all so inspiring!! I'm so proud of you and happy to be a rogue loser too!

Dang - talk about moving fast. I barely get a little work done and come back.... Funny because things seem to get out of order. I think I am on post #(whatever)..even write down the number and comeback and post numbers are different. Strange, strange, strange.

I am still so paranoid - so ya'll progress is what is helping me "live a little".

My daughtere just got in a car with a friend headed to Tennessee (we are in Colorado). She's 20, but can't help but worry. She lives at home - not doing much with her life right now (so it could be a good thing); but there was no planning. Just her and a close guy friend going out to "see friends". DH is taking it bad.

I know how you are feeling about your daughter.. Mine was 20 when she and some girl friends went on a trip to Colorado! to see my boys... and I was worried the whole time... they made it safe and all was fine, but STILL!... you can't help it!

After much pondering and consideration of all the options, I have decided to stop everything and coast in neutral for a few days. No juice, no calorie counting, no carb counting, no weighing ... uh, I might still weigh just to make sure nothing gets out of control! HA. I'm just calling it a TIME OUT.

I'll still be floating around here though just to see what's going on and to stay in touch. That's my update in case anyone is curious which I doubt but ah well. Now back to our regularly scheduled thread ....

Start Date: It's now or never...
Ok so I'm starting my "rogue regime" today! The drops, and induction but much lower fat... No bacon, just lean meats, really easy on the butter. This morning I had an egg, Kinch was leftover baked chicken and green beans. Not sure about dinner yet.

I hope the drops will really kick start my weight loss. Always did well on low carb, and I'm watching fats and calories. Not even altering my makeup, etc.

No idea on how much I weigh, don't have a scale, but right now I'm a snug 18. I'd say I'm about 225 - at 218 these jeans were ok, but they're tight now.

Onward!

Allymyponies- Get a scale. Trust me. you'll want to see it going down each day. It's really your friend while following hHCG. Welcome to this happy bunch of losers!

Marci-I hear ya'. I take a break every 3rd week (lately at least!). I think it does wonders for me physically, mentally and even jump starts my weight loss when I start up again. this last "break" I dosed during. Seems to curb my appetite. I think so much of it is "head" oriented. If you're not into it right now, a break is much better than mounting frustration. Glad you'll be sticking around. We'd miss you if you left us .

Thanks Deb and Pati  - you guys not only inspire, but are always so kind and encouraging. you guys!!

Ok, now I must go accomplish something. The kids get out early today and all I've done is shower, dishes, read a bit, and played online . Must.be.more.productive.!

Thanks Deb and Pati  - you guys not only inspire, but are always so kind and encouraging. you guys!!

Ok, now I must go accomplish something. The kids get out early today and all I've done is shower, dishes, read a bit, and played online . Must.be.more.productive.!
