Tea for breakfast
Chicken breast for lunch (130 cal)
2 Chicken breasts for dinner, don't feel like eating veggies.

If I get hungry tonite, will munch some frozen berries. Can't face another grapefruit.

Not hungry, ketostick is pink. I like that trade off.

Even my 12 y.o. DD is making changes, instead of frozen pizza, she asked me to make her a grilled chicken salad with blue cheese. I'm so proud!

I'm doing well. Back to VLC. I've been running so much this week I've had protein shakes for dinners, which works well for me. Chicken something for lunch, slightly larger portions, and cream in my coffee I dropped 1.2 overnight. Down to 161.8 this morning!! Hope to see the 150's by the end of the week!! Yeah for hHCG!!

You are doing great Marci! I received my drops yesterday and am loading today. I will start LCD day number 1 tomorrow. I decided to only load for one day. Today I felt absolutely disgusting. I will not load again ever...i made myself sick today I am going to try to follow the Omaha Weight Loss method so here is tomorrow's menu:
zucchini with tomatoes and spices
protein shake (vanilla)
lean burger
1/2 a bag of 100 cal popcorn with spices

I don't have any fruit in the house so I will skip the fruit tomorrow and expect to have loads of oolong tea and water to flush out my system.
I am going to bed now because I want to end this dreadful day of feeling sick.

Go Jen!! I know that discusting feeling and all I can say is THANK GOD FOR THE LOW DAYS!!.... I am really interested in seeing how your OWL plan goes... I love the fact that he includes popcorn as an alt. I love it, and sometimes I just want SOME. Perfect solution!.. I had it every day when I was doing my short stint of WW. Good luck today!!!

Made it through last night on my PINKY SWEAR WITH MEEK!! thanks girl!!... today's weight 202 for a loss of 1.8 last night... so I didn't make the 2 pound twins, but by golly I'm ok with that!....

So far this weeks loss since my gain on Sunday is 5.8!!! For the amount of food I have actually eaten, not too shabby!!!...

JULIE... yes indeed I am an old broad....54!.... You know those tiny avi's are deceptive ...that is my 22 year old daughter.. and I also have been pic crazy in my journal with my 28 and 26 year old boys.... PATI has claimed them as her 2nd and 3rd husbands....

I shall return later.. have to get myself presentable for the day!...

1.5 lost last night and started TOM. Haven't seen that much in years. Seems I only start when in Ketosis, so I know I'm doing this right.

Another 1.5 pound loss and I know it is correct because after I got off, my kitty jumped on and she gained .5. Silly little thing follows me on the scale every time.

Well, I WISH I was near you ladies in weight. Give me another 100 pounds and I will be struggling towards Onederland too.

I also decided after two rounds to ditch 'loading days' ... it just was not worth the effort and weight gain!!

Just popping in to post my progress. I'm down .4 overnight, total of 5.8 in 3 full days!! I'm happy and have the strength to keep going.

Happy Releases to you all.

Congrats Deb, I knew you would release a nice amount of fat today. I'm super proud of you...and we are now 5.8 twinnie-twin-twins!!! . OMG! You are sooooo freakin close to onederland...I bet you reach 199 by Satursday . I'm still amazed at how you went from 275 to 202 in 3 months....crazy!!!!

Awesome girl!!!... you should be happy!!!... that is excellent!

I am STILL wondering how this is happening myself. I struggled for 2 years and lost 10 pounds, gained them back, lost again... This is the only thing that has work for me in the last few years since I got old...

I slap myself silly everyday when I realize what is happening... but I will take it and not question it anymore..

My kitty likes to start rubbing my legs while it's doing the fat % check on my scale. Always freaks me out that I'm going to get a weird # because of it! And hey Twotersville is a great accomplishment too!

Down .8 and another 0.3% on the body fat. Will be another on my feet sort of day. My legs are still sore from Tuesday so I'm sure it's good for me! Must have walked 10 miles.

AINT YOU SWEET!!.. thanks so much, but that is what sunglasses are for.. they hide the OLD EYES.... I do have 50 to lose, but since most of that is in my lower half, it is not showing in that picture....

CONGRATS on that loss girl!! and you walked 10 miles??... holy cow! ..

What great big losers we have here!!

I tossed and turned the whole night even after taking a sleeping pill, anyways I am down 3lb this morning I peed for Ireland yesterday. Boy was I freezing yesterday I couldnt heat up the whole day.

Eats yesterday:
B - breadstick, 1/2 grapefruit
L - chicken and cabbage
D - 2 hard boiled eggs, with some onion and a lil mayo
S - breadstick and a diet pepsi

I tossed and turned the whole night even after taking a sleeping pill, anyways I am down 3lb this morning I peed for Ireland yesterday. Boy was I freezing yesterday I couldnt heat up the whole day.

Eats yesterday:
B - breadstick, 1/2 grapefruit
L - chicken and cabbage
D - 2 hard boiled eggs, with some onion and a lil mayo
S - breadstick and a diet pepsi

.... EXCELLENT!!!!!

JULIE... yes indeed I am an old broad....54!.... You know those tiny avi's are deceptive ...that is my 22 year old daughter.. and I also have been pic crazy in my journal with my 28 and 26 year old boys.... PATI has claimed them as her 2nd and 3rd husbands....

My update? Released 1.5lbs.
So yesterday's weight was 195.5 this morning I'm at 194! I am stokkkkked!

Remember my goal is to go past my lowest of a few weeks ago (before I went crazy). That was 191.5...I want to get into the 180s!!! I can taste it! I CAN TASTE IT!!!!!

ETA: I was "supposed" to eat P2 clean for a few weeks but caved and had coffee with heavy whipping cream! 2x's yesterday and it was DELISH!!!!!
