2 questions (TMI)...

Hi everyone! I ordered my drops and will start loading on Monday. I have 2 questions,

With a 500 cal/day diet have any of you had "bathroom troubles"? I have had issues all my life and am wondering if this is an issue with this eating plan.

My second question is about sagging. I already have a huge belly flap from being preggo with twins. Its just fatty saggy skin that will probably never go away. I know that this eating plan is specifically designed to help you drop pounds and inches asap, so have any of you had drooping problems? Not that I really care, cause I just want the weight off of me, but I am curious.

Thanks everyone!

I have the saggy skin & after losing 31 lbs I've noticed the upper part of my belly is firm again. I still have that saggy soft belly area but I'm expecting it be gone by the end of y next round. I've been really surprised how it seems to magically tighten things up.

I too had bathroom issues. Sometimes I'd go xa week wo a bm & I used herbal smooth move tea. Exactly 12 hours I'd be all cleared out. Tmi I know. I just realized it had been 9 days this morning but it finally came naturally.

The smooth move did cause cramping a little my first time but not too bad. Drink it before bedtime after steeping for 15 min as the box says. I found it in the health food area vs. the tea section.

On #1 - yes. Make sure you take your potassium, and magnesium. If it gets too long, up the magnesium or try Smooth Move tea. I'm normally one to NEVER have problems, but I do with this regimen.

On #2 - I definitely have the classic mommy flap there. However, I have to say that the saggy skin looks way better flatter and not puffed out by fat. Also, I've noted a marked improvement on how low the pooch hangs. I still have plenty of work to go, but I'm very pleased with the pooch results so far. FYI I never had twins but second born was 9lb 14 ounce...I was HUGE. Lost 17 pounds the day she was born. The midwife weighed her 3 times couldn't believe she was so chubby!

You have gotten good advice regarding the bathroom topic. I take magnesium when its been a while.

As far as skin goes, I feel that if you take the appropriate breaks between rounds that your skin actually does tighten up which makes this diet so much different than others I have tried. I lost more inches during P3 and P4...so your body will actually continue to reshape during that time.

Good luck! This diet *works*!!

I took Natural Calm magnesium every day during P2 and had no problems... 'moved' every day It's a great product for keeping things moving, and a host of other stuff!

Peggy, I wondered if I was still losing inches. I'm a week into P3 but my smaller jeans I bought at the end of P2 are loose now. I never could measure at the same spot so I never took measurements after week 2. I'm staying in my 2 lb window in P3 but never thought I could still be losing inches.
