Well this week has been crazy busy. I have not had a chance to catch up with y'all let alone post daily here. I am sorry. But I have had the apple day 2 days ago and got past my stall. I was at 121.something for 5 days straight. I got past it yesterday, but today have the rebound effect. So I am up but that is OK. This happened on other apple days so it was expected. But so nice not to see 12something on the scale. I have gotten past the stall and that is what matters to me!! Anyhow, I was just informed of a meeting I have to get to at 1PM. So I will again not be around today!! I really hate being this busy--I like my leisurely SAHM time. Oh, well maybe next week. Happy Friday!!! I will check in later though as I don't work tonight. Thank goodness for the little things.

![]() way to go on another 1.2 lbs.I am down 1 lb this morning so a total of 10 lbs this week, I hope it keeps up with at least a pound a day. I have to keep track of my water to make sure that I am getting the min amount in. I wasn't very hungry yesterday except at meal times so I didn't have the melba toast and only had one apple. I think I will buy some strawberries as I am not hungry enough to eat 2 apples a day. |

I'm out!
I'm down! Its over!!! I cant work, go to school, and stay on 500 cals!! I do good @ work all day ( I have to "brown bad" anything I want to eat) but I dont have time to go home and cook supper before I have to be @ class so we end up eating out 4 nights a week M-Thur.. I just can't do it.... SO I'm going to finish up the shots I have mixed up (they only have a 30 day "shelf life") save the rest til summer or whenever I've not got "so much on my plate" then do it again (maybe over the summer when school isn't going??) now just trying to decide what plan to follow leaning toward South Beach or WW w/ "good carbs' __________________

I'll also hit virgin weight and hit a below 30 BMI within the next pound, so look out, I'm going to get even more excited! ![]() And as always, congrats to the releasers and to the stallers.

I hope it keeps up for you too, but don't get discouraged if it starts to slow down a little. My average stayed over 1 lb for 11 days, then dropped to .9 for a few days, then .8 for a few days, and so on. As long as your over .5, it's all good!I strawberries. Quote:

Thanks so much for everyone's input on my bad day yesterday! I really appreciate all of your input. The support here is so great.
R2,P2,VLCD #25 Weight on VLCD4#1: 175.8 Yesterday's weight: 162.6 Today's weight: 162.2 # below VLCD #1: -13.6 lbs # gain/loss from yesterday: -.4 lbs It's a NEW day. I'm going to forget about yesterday and try to move on and continue. I lost .4 last night. I didn't gain!! It still could catch up with me tomorrow, but I'm going to get my head back in this. The hunger yesterday was really messing with my head. DH brought his drops home yesterday and I'm gonna try those to see if they make a difference. Hopefully they will! I only have 15 days left in this round. I know cycling has worked for lots of folks, but I really just want to finish this round and do a clean, full P3 and P4, maybe even through Christmas. I want this to "fix" me so bad. I don't want to have to worry about my weight for the rest of my life. It's been such a huge issue and problem in my life for too many years. If I can just lost another 7 lbs in the next 15 days, that will put me at 155, firmly in the 150's. I'll be happy with that until after Christmas. Yesterday's menu: Breakfast: coffee with stevia Lunch: round steak and spinach, Melba Snack: apple and Walden f chocolate (More snacks throughout the day because my body was screaming for fat-a LOT of cashews, piece of string cheese, 2 big spoonfuls of cream cheese) Dinner: hamburger patty and asparagus I skipped the melba and strawberries because I was actually full from the day's indiscretions. Dawn, nice to see you pop in. You've been missed.
Soonie, sorry you are so busy but if I remember you are back at University bettering yourself. You're plate is really full (so to speak). Good luck with whatever you choose to do. Lost, I thought the same thing. Is this going to work? All you can do is try. I gained a lot more than 2 pounds on loading days and it was gone in two. You can do this. Stick to the protocol and don't tweak and then you can see how it really works. Some people in round 2 start to tweak because they then know what works for them and what doesn't. I am down .8 this morning so since being back on the wagon I have been down every day this week.

I know there is a good reason to load - something about filling your normal fat reserves before the hhcg has time to work. That way the hhcg is getting to your stored fat instead of your normal fat reserves. Of course, after the first week your normal fat is gone too. I'm sure Dr. S explains it better than me! With your gall bladder issues I can understand why you're afraid to eat lots of fat though. We have to do what works best for us! |

In P3, I eat lots of berries and greek yogurt, my favorite meal is either fried eggs with Morningstar sausages, or steak and asparagus. I drank wine, but I doubt I will get away with that this time in P3. Good luck. I still have a couple of days of drops left, but I am tempted to toss them in the trash and be done. |

Thanks for all the nice comments on my B&A's. Until posting them, I didn't realize, the change. I'm not sure I still do. It will take a while. Maybe that's the real reason we need 6 weeks for adjustments! It's for the brain to catch up with the new body image.
![]() Years of working out like an athlete and eating really clean, and NOT looking like it was frustrating and very depressing. Especially when all your friends look the part and don't eat as clean as you. ![]() I can't tell you how much I appreciate the comments and support here! I really DID NOT think it would work! Quote:
Thanks! Amazing what the camera hides! Quote:
Quote:
![]() I know how you feel, it's hard to make that decision to move on. Remember my week of uncertainty? It is really hard to keep going when your body doesn't want to! Quote:
It will work for you, just read and post here as much as you can and follow Protocol exactly, you WILL get there! Quote:
Quote:
Before starting Protocol I was training for triathlons, so my workout consists of swim, bike, run, and repeat! ![]() I can't wait to train in TWO more weeks! Now I will actually look like I workout! Quote:
hcg is always going to be here, so when your schedule lets up, you can do it with much less frustration!![]() Quote:
