Hi ladies, I finally got the courage to post my photos because of those who have inspired me, I wanted to give back.

Wow what a difference, you did really good. What was the weight in the 1st pic and how much did you lose to get to the 2nd pic?

Not me. I am going to let my body rest as Dr. Simeon's protocol says you should. P2 is such a stress on my body...I want my body to rest, reset, heal and then I will start my 3rd round at Christmas.

I hope that the "Before and After" pictures that were posted here, and on the "Before and After Pics" thread have given ALL of you the courage to take your before measurements and pictures!!!! I've lost alot of weight like this before...but it never showed up like these pictures show. Hcg really changes your figure!!!! The change is amazing to see, and sometimes a picture tells a thousand words!!!!!!

CaTriGirl - how long did it take for you change in your after photo and what exercises were you doing and how often? You look very athletic there.

Can anyone tell me what it says about not eating all your food? I was busy today and had only black coffee this morning and didn't eat anything till 6:30pm when I had some turkey chili. If I'm hungry later, I'll have an apple. I can't believe I wasn't really hungry all day.

If you eat nothing else, eat your protein. It is the most important thing.

I never loaded and have not yet been very hungry.

I cycled...I started Aug 4th, and ended Oct. 13th, I had two interruptions, but basically, two rounds.
I actually didn't exercise at all during the Protocol. I had been doing triathlons, and marathons for a few years, so the hard work was actually paying off, it was just hidden underneath all that fat!
2 more weeks and I can start training again! Looking forward to seeing how much easier it is to run, with 23 lbs gone!

Simeons says you can leave anything out if you are not hungry. Keep the protein though.
Ya gotta love the hcg and not being hungry!!

FYI: CaTriGirl is a trainer. She does Everything!!!!

The problem with not being hungry is that it has effected my ability to load, but I am doing my best...even though I have irritated Bernice with my trying...if you know what I mean!!!!
For you, the problem with not eating your meals...could do nothing, or could show it's effects tomorrow with hunger, or less weight loss. Maybe, someone with experience with this could tell you what happened to them when they skipped a meal?

stacey for you. From the sound of your posts is sounds as if you need a break. I understand your need to get to a certain weight but you probably just need to rest and regroup.

Catri - amazing body! I am going to take that after picture and put my head on it. :lmao: It gives me inspiration to get back to my weight lifting.

I won't make that mistake again when I cycle back into P2. But right now, I'm so done with it.

Chouter...don't beat yourself up!!! Look at what you HAVE done...nearly 45 pounds in less than 3 months!!!! Before doing this...did you ever think that you could get yourself this close to goal in 2.5 months? You're doing great!!!!

Mindfulness and Chouter looks like were all 3 in the same boat, I've decided to move into p3, the scale was up .4 again and I'm starving so my head and body is ready to move on. Just got back from the grocery store buying things for P3, I'll be posting my total losses and inches tomorrow. I'm still very happy with my first P2 and really looking forward to a little break, but SOOO afraid to put any weight back on. I guess we'll all be joining the P3 thread?? You girls have any ideas for meal plans for P3 you like to share? Heres to a successful P3 for US and a continued successful P2 for those still there

Well...I have the dishes done, my tea made for tomorrow, and my stuff for lunch all ready to go. Tomorrow is the first day of my Internship, and my first P2 day....and I'm starting to get scared. I see all of the wonderful accomplishments here, and worry that it won't happen for me. I have taken my measurements, and before pictures...and the thought keeps crossing my mind that I won't be so lucky to have something work so wonderfully for me. I hope that it does, and I am going to give it my BEST shot...but nothing ever seems to work out great, very easily, for me. Hopefully, this won't be the case here.
