Yes, but the hhcg has been burning all kinds of fat!!!!

On your weighing question - tomorrow would be your weight after loading - VLCD#1. That's when the really nice releases start

Good morning!

Down .6 today. I guess you can't expect big losses when you are resuming an interrupted round as opposed to starting a new round? Or perhaps because I had no carbs to burn off...

Today is vlcd3. 2 more pounds to get into virgin territory...

Thanks, Gracie!!! I have been loading, and just was worried that, maybe, I wasn't stuffing enough in...no substantial weight gain?

Weight on VLCD4#1: 175.8
Yesterday's weight: 163.8
Today's weight: 162.6
# below VLCD #1: -13.2 lbs
# gain/loss from yesterday: -1.2 lbs

Only lost 1.2 of the 2 lbs I gained yesterday. I was so good yesterday. I drank SO much water and peed ALL DAY. I ate exactly right. I refuse to believe that it's the cabbage. Cabbage has never affected me before. I won't make any more for a while just to see though.

I have a feeling the last 20 lbs is gonna be a b#$%@ for me to get off.

I asked DH if he's been hungry and he said he has been a little. He is doing so great (and looking so great ). When we started round 1, he was 207.2. Today he was 172.4. That's a total of 34.8 lbs lost. He's so close to goal. I'm really surprised at how well he's done with the vlcd. He even said that if I have to do another round, he'd do it with me so I wouldn't have to do it by myself. How sweet is that?

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: coffee with stevia
Lunch: leftover chicken and cabbage, Melba
Snack: apple and Walden f chocolate
Dinner: Tilipia and asparagus, Melba
Dessert: sliced strawberries with stevia

Okay...so, I have my list ready, and I'm going to the store. I have my meat all weighed, portioned, cooked, and individually frozen. I saved getting my fresh vegetables, and fruits, for today....the day before my: Phase 2, 1st VLCD, Round 1.

I am divorced...after a long marriage, go to college full-time, work, and my "baby" just turned 18...and thinks that he doesn't need rules now (he's an adult) . I just found out that I start my Internship hours tomorrow...on top of all of this other cr*p. I know that they say that stress, and diet, do not mix. So, I will be a good candidate for watching my losses, as my life is nothing BUT stress!!!!

There will be some days, within the next month, that I will need to take both of my meals with me...as this Internship is just one more thing to do. So, it has to be added in somewhere!?! I need to complete 160 hours, and I need to get it done before December. So, I may not be on here much, but will...atleast...post every morning; and, maybe, if my homework is done...late at night too.

Thanks for answering all of my questions.

This was the revised one. So, I went to the Un-revised one, and when I put the information in it...it worked, but if there is a revised edition, I'm wondering: "What's wrong with the first one?"
I think the reason you see "###" is because the column is too small. Try making it a bit bigger then you should see the entire date in the cell. Sometimes that is the issue.

Everyone is doing fantastic. I am down another 1.4 today. I am only 7 pounds away from my mini goal for the end of the month.

Everyone keep up the good work.

Don't sweat it, sweetie. You, atleast, lost this morning. Maybe, tomorrow you will release another 1.2 pounds. When is TOM due? If Aunti Flo isn't due for a visit, has Bernice even showed her face around your place lately? You'll get there!!!! Look how far you've come in such a short amount of time. Since you have the greatest releases in the beginning of your rounds, have you considered doing the 23 day rounds; instead of the long one? Maybe, that might be the way to go on your last 20?

Your husband sounds sweet. Feel lucky to have found such a supportive guy...in today's "economy."

Make sure you have your supplements too. I take B-12, potassium, multi-vitamin, and sometimes magnesium. On the potassium I take two 99 mg tablets with each meal which is the equivalent of one banana. Good Luck!!!

I have to say this is one of the easiest diets to take your meals with you. The prep is short and the food doesn't take up much room.

Good luck with the Internship - sounds exciting!

Can I also recommend (HIGHLY) any of the P2 chili recipes. I like the one with cocoa powder in it...gives it a mole flair. I made 3 servings last night. It *so* doesn't look like diet food!

Ohhh...I'm the vitamin Queen. I was planning on not taking them...incase there is something in them that is not good for protocol, but, maybe, since I make sure that they do not contain yeast, starch, or gluten...I might reconsider? Although, since nice fatty fish is not allowed, I should probably, not take my fish oil.

Thanks for your suggestions, and support!!!

Lost&Found,
Please take care of you and check in when ever possible. I take my food a lot of times. I have a colapsable, small, lunch bag. Fits right into my purse.

I am down another .5 - and even with eating red meat every day and TOM. Woohoo!

You are doing so great!

IMO, I feel like crap in P2 if I don't take the supplements. I feel weak, fog-brained, and tired. The B-12 and potassium seem to help the most. The magnesium is only if Bernice is being fickle.

Once again, I lost nothing. In fact, I gained 1 oz. This is getting old. Yesterday I had nothing but black coffee and a chicken breast the entire day. Came home from work and went to bed. I ate the chicken around 2 in the afternoon, but was so tired I just skipped dinner. I am sticking it out for the remainder of my drops, but after that, not sure if my new drops will arrive in time to keep going, or even if they do, if I will continue. So discouraging!

Day 12 157.8 (-.1)
Day 13 157.7 (-.1)
Day 14 157.4 (-.3)
Day 15 157.3 (-.1)
Day 16 156.9 (-.4)
Day 17 155.8 (-1.1)
Day 18 155.3 (-.5)
Day 19 155.5 (+.2)
Day 20 155.6 (+.1)

Sorry you are struggling. I think you need to shake things up or do an apple day. One thing I did to shake up P2 was a "Modified Steak Day" - don't eat anything all day (drink as much water, tea, coffee as you want) and then for dinner have a huge tomato and an 8 ounce steak. This should get the scale moving downward.

Are you using any spices that could be off? I lost an entire week because of garlic salt - it had High Fructose Corn Syrup in it!!!! You are definitely at a stall - have you done an apple day? I personally don't like them because they hurt my stomach - I prefer the MSD.

Is TOM lurking?

Thanks!!!! I can't afford to be weak, tired, or fog-brained with my schedule.

I thought about doing a MSD, not sure I could do an apple day. I'm 53, and haven't had TOM for over 5 years. One of the benefits of getting old.

I'll give some thought to doing MSD. I would like to at least log a 10 lbs. pre-load loss this round.

I'm sorry, Chouter!!!!

Could it be because you didn't eat both of your meals?
