Cheated again and feel like a looser =(
Ok Ladies,
I am scared and need damage control. My husband came back Friday after being gone for 6 weeks. I let myself enjoy eating and drinking with him, in celebration of his homecoming. Yesterday was day 18 of P2, so I'm almost to that 20 day point where the protocol says you must get without interruption. I so far have lost 13 lbs and absolutely love this diet. So, yesterday, I had a couple beers and ate lunch at a restaurant. Then at a welcome home party for hubby, had a couple glasses of champage, and dinner of steak, grilled asparagus (with olive oil) and a bit of pasta salad. Then the clincher, ice cream for dessert I feel sick this morning and so mad at myself. I gained 3 lbs. What should I do to get back on track? Should I take a day break from my HCG injection? Should I do an apple or steak day today? Should I just get back on track with it all today and keep my fingers cross? I'm so dissapointed in myself, but I am the one who chose to throw it out the window for a day and enjoy so I gotta take responsibility for it. Any words of wisdom would be so appreciated. I hate this feeling that goes along with blowing it. ![]() |

I totally know how you feel, because I cheated last weekend and felt so sad. My suggestion is simply to get back on the plan and take it a day at a time. I ended up having to do a apple day because I gained one pound and I couldnt loose it after 4 days. And I had great results with that.
