Hot Tea?? and Veggies??

Hello Ladies,

Just wondering if anyone knows if flavored tea bags are OK? I was given some vanilla cinnamon tea. Sounds so delightful with the stevia drops. Not sure if it's only green tea that we can drink.

Also, today for the first time I overdid it on the veggies. I made shredded cabbage and lean ground beef for lunch. It was sooo yummy that I added more cabbage. I already knew that two cups had been eaten. The bag has three servings of two cups each. I ate about four cups which is still only 40 calories according to the bag. Has anyone eaten extra veggies and still loss? I lost over a pound last night. I don't want cabbage of all things slowing me down. Well I guess i can just skip my dinner cabbage.

Any thoughts?

Makeup,
I use vanilla decaf tea, decaf chai tea. I love it. I have had no problems. RIght now I am drinking detox with vanilla cream Sweatleaf drops. Delish.

Regarding more veggies, I am clueless. lol - I have had some extra strawberries and skipped the apple..no problem for me.

Just skip the veggies for dinner and see how you do.

Sounds delish - ground beef and cabbage

Well looks like the extra veggies have caught up with me. I am up .4 ounces. Guess that just avoids me making that mistake again. It could have also been eating beef twice in one day. Today is gonna be super strict. I didn't even drink the tea. I did fink some jasmine green tea. Oh well, something didn't agree with me. OK, well onward

Don't sweat it. As Deb often reminds us, it's physically impossible to gain weight on 500 calories (thereon or about)/day, so all that is happening is you're retaining some water. Drink lots of water today and more than likely, you'll have a nice whoosh tomorrow!

Thanks so much! I needed to hear that! Honestly, ur so right. Funny think I drank a ton of green tea and water and didn't make my nightly 3 runs to the bathroom. I guess I am retaining water. I also didn't see Bernice today or yesterday. Funny I thought the extra cabbage would ensure that. She doesn't appear to be anywhere around. ;_

Are you taking magnesium? It has really helped me...uh...find Bernice. In fact, I'm having to cut back on the magnesium (I'm only going to take 1/day instead of 2) because she was visiting a little too often and at inopportune times!

NOPE! Gonna run out and buy some today. I'm sure that will keep keep not just Bernice moving but the scale too LOL. Headed to Target now!!! Funny the odd thinks that will motivate to get outta bed early on a saturday while taking hcg lol!
